Good pulley
Brilliant pulley works really well would recommend

good, but need to be greased. Screw's aren't good.
First use these were dissappointing. THe screws they supply are aweful and there's no bearings in the pully. However, quick spray of WD40-Silicon, and these work really well. Easily holding in the wood beam and currently holding 60kg of weight with no issue.

Pulley's don't turn when in use - don't use ball bearings.
I have these pulleys set up using a 6mm nylon rope with a mass of 7kg. As the rope moves, the pulley wheels don't turn as the rope moves. I don't believe these pulleys use ball bearings (as per the description), which may be part of the problem.
