Other vitamin D3 supplements have given me a skin rash but these are great, go down easy, and cause no GI discomfort. Bought after reading that 2000 IU per day can help prevent the shortening of telomeres and thereby mitigate the risk of age-related disease development per a recent Harvard affiliate study.

My doctor told me to take these pills. So I do. I don’t know if they’ve worked. But my doctor will either be happy or disappointed at my next blood draw. We will see.

This product is affordable, so the price point is excellent. I recently saw my doctor and had a full panel blood test. He recommended this particular brand due to my calcium count being a little low, but not dangerously low. He stated that 1,000 is more than enough for me. I began taking the product on March 22, 2025. My tummy did not get upset. It is a tiny clear round smooth non-sticky yellow gel pill. Once I have been on vitamin D3 for 60 days, I will update my review to determine how effective it is and whether or not it has made a difference for me. My MD wants to do an additional blood test within a 60-day grace period to determine whether my calcium levels have improved from taking Vitamin D3. I normally DO NOT take vitamins. In fact, I only recently began taking Vitamin B12 (same brand as this vitamin) which I ordered from Amazon. My MD recommended taking D3 in the morning when I take my B12 vitamin. I like that this brand is No. 1 recommended by pharmacists. The price point is affordable. There are 300 soft gel pills. This means it will last more than 6 months before another bottle needs to be purchased. I recommend the product for the above reasons.

These have been my go-to vitamin D3 supplement for a while now, and I keep coming back because they work. I’ve noticed more steady energy, fewer seasonal mood dips, and I just feel better overall since taking them regularly. The softgels are small, easy to swallow, and gentle on my stomach.One thing to note—if you live in a hot climate or your package sits out too long, they can get a little sticky or clump together. I had one bottle arrive slightly melted once, but they were still totally usable. Just something to be aware of when ordering in warmer months.Despite that, the value is amazing—300 softgels last almost a whole year, and they’re super effective without any unnecessary ingredients. Definitely a solid staple in my daily routine!

Taking D3 on doctor's orders and since I have to pay out of pocket this is a good deal. I trust this brand and have bought other vitamins in this brand.

Work as expected. My vitamin D level was normal at my last doctor visit.
