My family is unusual in that we don't like hot, spicy foods. We don't use spicy sauces and we don't eat onions or peppers. We normally just use granulated garlic powder, granulated onion powder, salt and regular black pepper. Even then, we use the black pepper very sparingly.Of course, I DO TRY other spices. I pretty much end up giving ALL of them away, though.To my great surprise, when I tried this Weber Garlic Parmesan, my family LOVED it, particularly on our vegetables. ( !!! )I sprinkle it on our corn, broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, etc.I even sprinkle it into our mashed potatoes, pastas and rice.Apparently a LOT of people in our area like it too, because the grocery stores can't keep it in stocks. That's why I usually end up buying it here at Amazon.I guess it goes to show that you just can't give up. You just have to keep trying new things ....

I originally bought it to create a Brazilian steakhouse pork recipe. It worked flawlessly and it is delicious. Now I put it in anything roasted vegetables, fries, chicken, crust for my steak. I even put it on top of some jerk Alfredo pasta I made and every dish is delicious and this seasoning elevates it to a level I never thought of before. Highly recommended and you will not be disappointed. Great value as well

I use this seasoning for many things, salads,veggies,mashed potatoes,broiled fish, or whenever you may need a little extra flavoring.

I love this on so many dishes but it's so good in my mash potatoes. Weber has great seasonings.

Used when making scrambled eggs, fried red peppers and onions in olive oil. Mild flavor, not overpowering.

This seansoning really adds flavor to what ever you put it on. Especially when making Italian dishes. Mixes well with other spices too. For those who like to make rubs.
