Great product
We bought these to replace the legs of our floor sitting table and they did the job. It's really easy to install and they pretty sturdy. I like that you can fold them in so it's easy to store the table away until it's ready to be used again.

DIY short table legs for planter box
I bought the 10-inch table legs to use on a table (stand) for a planter box. The legs attach to the table with supplied screws and swing down with latches to keep them down. I used a 2 x 3-foot piece of waterproof plywood for the table. It had enough strength to hold my weight, so the small planter box won't break anything. The legs fold up and I can store the table in the garage for winter. I have some planter boxes on the ground and some up on tables which gives a "terraced" garden look.

Not strong enough to hold much weight
These are great legs but they won’t hold much weight. First, these are made out of good metal, so the parts aren’t flimsy. However, the legs are two pieces and held together by small tack welds that will bend under low weight. The next problem is that when the legs extend, they “lock” in place but have about half of inch of wiggle room. If you don’t ensure that they are at a true 90 degree angle, you’re even more likely to put stress on those welds and bend or break them. The last problem is that the screws provided are small and won’t hold much weight. However it’s easy to replace them with larger screws from a hardware store.

Sturdy, if a bit too tall for a lap desk
Bought these to convert a large piece of wood to a lap desk. Easy to mount, open and close well and stay open without trouble. But they are a bit too tall for a lap desk.

Sturdy
Very sturdy product. Used these for a garage workbench and at times has held a lot of weight. Works great

Terrible and low quality
Put 4 legs on a bench, very wobbly with one person (160lb), two people under 300lb caused all the legs to fail. Terribly low quality. Suitable for non load bearing uses only.

Very sturdy and easy install
Our toy hauler bench seat was too short for an adult. I took 3/4” plywood, drilled two holes for the existing bolts, and then installed these legs. Perfect height and was done in 20 min.

Best alternative, but not perfect
When you're looking for fold-up legs, your choices are pretty limited. I installed 3 of these then ordered four more. In the meantime, I found that they would not hold their folded up position and kept falling down. I tried to use velcro to hold them up but that didn't work, either. Also, I found they required a fairly strong L bracket behind them because they would not hold a completely vertical position. Yes, they work in that they hold up the sofa bed edge that hangs over. They just look a little sloppy, especially when you want the leg up and it just falls down. There are other legs that are height adjustable. But you pretty much want to set the height and leave them down. You can't completely retract them. So, these are the best alternatives available. I ended up returning the second set of four.
