I got the printer for a while now. Was printing fine at first. Recently on May this year I noticed the print quality gone bad, it was faded. I contacted support but close the browser by accident and forgot to contact them back. Just received a call from Byron and he walked me through the process of updating the firmware. Now I know why the printer has been acting really weird. This is a good printer with an affordable price.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding my recent purchase of a Bodno badge printer. Unfortunately, the printer only worked for one print straight out of the box. After calling Bodno, the company I bought it from, I was informed that it was a hardware issue with the printer itself. However, when I contacted the printer company, they suggested that it was a software problem instead.I then called the software company back and was advised to return the printer to Amazon for a credit to purchase another one, as I had received a defective machine. I had only owned the printer for four days, and three of those days were spent on the phone with customer service. I contacted Amazon and was informed that it would take five business days for them to receive the printer.Furthermore, I was then told by a representative that I would have to wait 30 days for a refund (for any purchase over 200.00) , which I find unacceptable considering the fact that I received a defective machine. I feel that I am being penalized for a problem that was out of my control. Despite my attempts to speak to customer service, I have been told that there is nothing that they can do, and that I must wait 30 plus seven days to get my money back.

Angelo really helped me immensely by his quick responsiveness and helpful remote session. I really thought I'd be on hold forever and was not. He helped me every step of the way. I don't know about the other badge machines out there, but the Badgy quality and tech support's helpfulness will make me a repeat customer!

I have been using the Badgy printer for about a year and it's a great little machine for the cost. There are some quirks to work through but the customer service fixes all the quirks remotely which I appreciate. Most recently, John helped re-connect my printer and test it to make sure it was working. I primarily work from Chromebooks so it's important to know you can only use this with an operating system. Overall a great buy for our business.

Prints are slightly pixilated, wish they were more clear but for the cost of the machine it’s understandable. i printed QR codes on the cards that were needed for work and they were not able to be read once printed so I will be returning. Not a bad printer for simple needs but quality of prints is not what I need it to be. Thank you to Angelo from IT support for helping me set it up

I purchased to print on ioProx cards for our employees. The printer works well for the price and provides a consistent output. You’re not going to get an amazingly bright print for a printer of this cost but it does a good job and prints clearly. Overall, no complaints at all except for the software licensing which requires you to insert the USB drive every time you want to run the program to print. This is annoying and this is the only product I use that has to do this. Once the software is up and working though, it works pretty well.
