Excellent nacho cheese warmer. Works quick and is efficient, easy to clean and sanitize. Heats a refrigerated, #10 can of Nacogdoches cheese in less than 25 minutes, room temp cheese is ready in about 15 minutes. Does not come with an insert you need to purchase that separately or reuse a #10 can for the insert. Heated spout keeps the cheese flowing at the right temp and doesn't clog. I pour a cup of water in the bottom to create steam and put in #10 can without label. Pumps a nice amount and helps with portion control so everyone gets the same amount of cheese. I highly recommend this warmer for commercial use.

Only used it like twice then it stopped heating.

It is everything the ad indicated. I like the fact that it is large enough to accommodate a #10 can of cheese. Comes with a cleaning brush & a piece to keep the can from setting directly on the bottom!

I bought this and when I opened it the inside baine was not included so it’s unusable out of the box I had to order a baine i still haven’t used it and I’m so highly disappointed I wouldn’t recommend

I wish I had paid more attention to the reviews about the pump being too hard to press. It’s easy to press when it’s not IN anything but the minute you put it in cheese or even in water, it will not budge. I will say it heats the cheese up quickly but it’sNo good if you can’t pump it out and I am out of the window to return. I’ll be trying to callCustomer Service.

Easy to put together. Already put to use and loving it. Also very easy to clean.
