It arrived in perfect condition! Some comments report it arriving damaged. Mine had extra foam wrapping on the inside around the hands and legs of Jack.

2nd Jim Shore Nightmare Before Christmas collection piece that has arrived broken in 4 years. Gifts for my wife, she collects for her classroom, and has been a disappointment for her when opening to place in her room. Will not order again for these products.

how to improve the packaging to make sure every part of the figurine is protected is an important issue Enseco has to think about. it’s a bit disappointing when seeing this little defect as all the other parts are just so perfect.

Read the reviews about some coming damaged. I had one with his wrist detached. I glued and kepted it because the gift was going to a big fan of Jacks.

I have a big connection to the NBC and I am sure I am not alone. Jack and Zero lead the way into my connections. Unfortunately, I have had to buy and return this item three times. The positioning of spending Jack and Zero make it to easy to snap pieces off.We got one for Yule, which was pushed way back. And it was not damaged until we noticed it was. We researched the right type of glue to use which partially worked but not completely.We are still trying to find one undamaged.

Ordered this item twice and had to return twice because it was broken. One of the items look like hadn’t been opened before and the item is supposed to be new.

Beautiful statue, but it arrived with a broken arm.
