casaWare Ceramic Coated NonStick Lasagna/Roaster Pan 13 x 10 x 3-Inch (Rose Gold Granite)

A pan for use in my countertop oven which didn't have a nonstick surface that could flake off in time was a long standing wishlist item for me. I am so very impressed with the new ceramic coated cookware easily available now and an happy to have found this item which fits perfectly in my oven.The pan is a good weight, feeling solid, and frankly good looking inside and outside. The ceramic is NOT the newest titanium ceramic coating which allows use of metal utensils and the like. However, it IS a ceramic coating, and, like all non titanium ceramic coated cookware, requires care in use and cleanup (don't use metal utensils in dealing with food inside the pan and hand wash always).It fulfills my requirements well but if the company ever graduates the ceramic coating to the titanium ceramic level, I would not hesitate in buying that product from this fine company right away - my belief is that would be a top quality product also!

I just used this wonderful pan for the first time today. I made my ravioli bake with lots of cheese and sauce and there was no sticking whatsoever. Even the burned on sauce cleaned right up with hot water, Dawn & paper towels. I can't wait to try a roaster chicken in it along with the silicone poultry rack I bought on Amazon. I have the Oster XL Convection Oven so I needed pans that were just a tad smaller than pans I could use in a large conventional stove. This fits great and performs really well. I'm totally pleased! I may be checking out more in this line of ceramic coated non-stick bake ware.

I love this pan so far. I bought it specifically to make lasagna but we have baked chicken in it and made pizza. The food cooked very evenly in this pan. It's very deep and a nice size, as well as a Very easy cleanup as others have said. I prefer it over glass because I'm not worried about it breaking. If the nonstick coating holds up over time I'll be extremely happy.

Update February 7, 2016. the pan is now losing it's interior finish as if it were paint. I have used it once or twice a week since ordering it in July. I roast a chicken once a month, roast nuts occasionally, cook squash. It has never been on the stove top or near a flame or element of any kind. There is NO reason for it to lose it's finish except it is junk. I do not believe it is ceramic. This pan was never NonStick and now, after using it about 15 times, it is not even close to NonStick. I cooked a chicken in it just now. Soaked it for an hour with soap and then had to use a scrubbing pad (no scratch) and considerable elbow grease to get it clean. I have other ceramic NonStick pans that I like very much, I do not like this one. It is lightweight, has no handles, and the paint on the outside is rubbing off. Do not waste your money.
