Been having this headset for about 6months now and still work great with my ps5 controller.

I've been using RIG headphones for a decade now and these where honestly a waste of money.Sound quality is fine, even the mic was fine.The problem is how to mic is attached. You're supposed to be able to push it up so it can be out of the way when you don't need it. This is how it mutes (which is flimsy). It's held on by a thin plastic tube. I've had mine for less than 2 months.I got it July 20th and it's 11th of September. Is there anywhere I can send this to get it repaired or replaced?It's December 3 guess what broke. The headband bracket thing snapped on my head. It fell off, I didn't even realize what was going on at first.I still have RIG headband brackets from my first two, but I'm incredibly disappointed. I now have to find a new company for my headphones. It's obvious the company who makes the RIG headsets don't care about their products anymore.These $70 headphones lasted July 20th to the mic breaking September 11th to the headband breaking December 3. RIG is no longer worth the money.

Headphones handle well. Haven’t needed to extend microphone’s length, no breakdown of earphones padding (reason I got rid of previous headphones), excellent for the price

The headphones are so loud that it travels through your mic causing echo it’s terrible. Only flaw i have with them but honestly getting new ones because of that lol

This headset doesn’t have a usb connection which is one of the things you may want to know before purchase.

Sound and noise cancelation seemed pretty solid for the price. My only issue was the flimsiness of the headset, honestly.These were purchased less than a year ago, but rarely used until the past three months. I had them on while walking down the street, listening to music. The weather was fine, I wasn't doing anything abnormal. I have literally no idea how it happened, but one side of the headset just detached. Like I heard a *snap* Andddd one side started dangling. Soooo. Idk. I know they were only $60, but I'm starting to think I should've just paid an extra $100 for a pair made with better materials.
