The goobers
Their faces are a smidge off center and are a little goofy looking, but they’re super soft and hold together pretty well. Their nail and needle attach via sliding the hook onto their hand, they aren’t magnetic like the licensed merch but they’re still very cool :)

My girlfriend loved them
After unpacking, it's normal that these would come in an air tight package as it keeps the plushes from damage. My girlfriend loved them and are a good size.

A Comprehensive Review from a Plush Collector (and avid Hollow Knight fan)
I am a huge fan of the Hollow Knight game, and a VERY avid collector of official and fan-made Hollow Knight merchandise of many of my favourite insect-based characters in the game, particularly plushies. (I’m obsessed with Grimm in particular.)I ordered this set of two purposely, knowing that they were cheap knockoffs. I already own the original, authentic Little Knight plushie from Fangamer. I truthfully got this pair as a joke for the ridiculous-looking derpy Hornet. I despise Hornet as a character (arrogant, vicious, heartless little arachnoid bully with undeserved popularity...) and I thought it would be funny to have a goofy-looking doll of her to laugh at and use as a punching bag - of course I wasn’t going to order the overly-expensive $30+ original plush of a character that I hate.Oddly, both dolls do look a bit better than I imagined for knockoffs, especially considering they were vacuum-packed. The Hornet plush actually looks kind of (though I hate to say it...) cute, especially because she’s derpy-looking and awkwardly-shaped, and thus she lacks that pompous, sour, ego-tripping, threatening, and ill-tempered demeanor she displays in-game.Both dolls are squishy and cute, made with soft (yet cheap) minky polyester material. The quality and design of both plushies is very iffy, of course, and the plushies were vacuum-packed. Both have many loose threads in various places, rather awkwardly-shaped bodies, and weak seams for the limbs and along the backs. I will elaborate on both below.[NOTE: If you’re planning on getting these plush toys for a child, like many parents shopping on Amazon are doing, I would NOT recommend it. Firstly, I honestly don’t know why you would, because Hollow Knight, despite being rated E10+, really is NOT a game aimed at girls or young children, considering the extreme difficulty and darkness of the story that deals with a lot of very heavy, intense, dark, and mysterious subject matter, and is terribly heart-wrenching at times... Anyhow, aside from that, parents, if you’re getting these dolls for a young child because he/she thinks the Hollow Knight bugs are cute like Pokémon critters (most likely, this is the case here), I don’t think these particular dolls, being so cheaply made, would hold up to rough handling from a child. Their seams are not so sturdy, especially along the back, underneath their cloaks, and their limbs are stitched on weakly. They are fragile and they feel like they would definitely rip apart unless the recipient child is gentle with his/her toys. Also, there are small pieces that could rip off, so definitely not for babies and toddlers!]The Little Knight Plush:Though adorable, he has a body that looks too short and under-stuffed compared to the in-game character. He’s chunky in shape, with big puffy paws and legs, and a huge fat marshmallowy head - which is not a bad thing, as the chubbiness and roundness makes him more huggable and endearing, and his beetle-like horns are pretty well-formed and even and stand upright well. However, I’m disappointed by the overt cheapness of this design. Apparently there are actually TWO different knockoff plushies of the Little Knight, and I got landed with the super-cheap one with the deformed body, the malformed teeny nail-sword stuck awkwardly stitched to his cheek, and without the creases in his cloak. Very cheap cloak, cheapest-quality minky material that (although soft) flips up and won’t lie or drape properly over his back. It is sewn on twisted very awkwardly around his neck, and is just a huge pain to adjust. His droopy nail-sword is stitched oddly to the side of his face, and to his hand. I am considering snipping the obvious thread that attaches it to his face so it doesn’t look so odd and the cloak is more manageable.Nonetheless, overall, he’s still very cute and plushy, and very squishy and soft. The shape is all right, the resemblance is basically quite good. Huggable, puffy little beetle Vessel boy.Hornet Plush:I got a great laugh out of this one, and actually liked it more than I thought I would — which is weird, because I hate Hornet, and my purchase of this cheap doll of her was made as a joke... I was actually impressed that this knockoff Hornet didn’t look as hilariously hideous as I thought she would. Her face is definitely derpy and goofy, but in a strangely cute way. Kind of like, she’s so darn goofy and clunky all around that it’s cute - and as much as I dislike the character, I can’t help but feel kind of bad for the plush. She doesn’t look mean and self-absorbed like she does (and is) in the game. She has a super-wobbly neck and a thousand-yard stare that is priceless. Her body beaneath the maroon gown is hilariously chubby and chunky, with fat limbs and a weirdly plump tummy; she’s supposed to be lithe and agile, a ruthless, nasty, angsty, edgy arachnid hunter who’s ready to impale anything she sees with her needle - but I love how ridiculously blubbery, awkward, unthreatening and forlorn she looks! 😂Her maroon gown is actually made with a nice stretchy material, and like the original plush she does come with a needle-sword prop (that honestly looks and feels like a wet noodle) with little magnets inside it. There are a few little matching magnets inside her chunky plush body that allow you to attach the needle-sword to one of her hands to “hold” it, and across her back to “sheathe” it.... and over her belly??? Yes, there is actually a magnet for the needle inside the belly of the plush. Another hilariously weird feature — why is there a magnet in her belly for the sword to attach to? I don’t care — it actually works, and it’s hysterical! This ups her derpiness even more, which is great in my opinion! I love how this silly-looking plush humbles this cruel and insecure anti-hero so much!Though the feel of the material is nice despite how funny she looks. And she really isn’t so odd-looking; she looks fine unless you absolutely worship this character and need her to look “perfect” (as some deranged fans unfortunately do).Though the neck, as I mentioned, is super thin and wobbly, and if handled roughly would definitely rip off. A lot of loose threads, a poorly stitched seam along her back... It definitely wouldn’t last if handled by a child who plays roughly with his/her toys.IMPORTANT: These two plushies come literally vacuum-packed in a tight, hard little plastic bag, which was alarming at first. I was shocked and worried that they would never look quite normal, as they looked to be in quite a horrid, floppy, badly wrinkled state initially upon removing them from the brutal packaging. But amazingly they puffed up very well, especially when put in the dryer and tumbled on low heat for approximately 20 mins, which puffed them right up - and all the wrinkles actually did come out! A lint roller was useful to take care of any of the residual small wrinkles, especially on Little Knight’s big puffy head. Now I can barely tell that they were vacuum packed.Overall, despite the cheapness, these are good for fun, for casual fans of the game, and/or if you really don’t care about super-high quality and you want semi-decent-looking Hollow Knight plushies, and you don’t care to pay the high premium price of the official ones. But if you, like myself, are a collector and a stickler for quality and accuracy to the in-game characters, I do not recommend these unless you already have the originals and want these purely as a joke - as I did.

Really wish they didn't vacuum pack them to ship them
Love them when I saw them on the site as a gift them for my daughter, who is a fan of the game. But I was really disappointed at the fact that they shipped them vacuum sealed in a bag, so they end up all wrinkled when we finally released them from the vacuum seal. You know how hard it is to get wrinkles out of plushies?!?! Some of the clothes on one of them I might be able to get the wrinkles out if I'm careful but over-all they are gonna have permanent wrinkles in them for who know how long and that's disappointing. Other than having stuffing not hold up in the neck on the smaller of the two which made the head wobble weird we will have to live with the wrinkles and the bobble head and love the cuties as is.

Cute but the quality is not so great
Cute, but cheaply made had holes in it & a tiny magnet inside one of Hornets arm. Just be careful if you have little ones that put stuff in their mouth. I don’t know why the magnet was even there, it doesn’t seem to serve a purpose. But overall, my son likes his new stuffies.

These come vaccuum packed (bought the hollow knight/hornet pair)
They needed a few hours to fully expand again. The creases in the cloth never quite came out. Still, pretty good overall. Nicely plushy and soft. While the hollow knight's nail is stitched on (as shown in the pictures), I was surprised to discover that Hornet's needle and body have a pair of little magnets in them so she can hold it and also remove it. They're small, and not terribly strong so they were barely noticeable and don't really affect the plushiness.

not the bed quality, but my friend actually liked it, so it worked out!
I got this for a friend's birthday, but the red one's head is a little too lop sided. It's tilted so far back that you cant even see it's face from the front. It has to be propped up. Also the sewing needle is NOT sewn onto the plushie. This was taken by surprise since ALL the images shows it holding it, so it should have been sewn to it. The quality of the plushies are OK, I just didn't have a great experience with the overall first impression. My friend does love it though.

Okay for the price.
I think it was a good deal for the price. They are not perfect but I think my daughter will love them. They came vacuum sealed. The only issue I see is that Hornets head will not stay up. It's an easy fix with a needle and thread. Overall good buy. They came on time.
