Feels great and software does what i need.
PROS:The mouse feels really good in the hand and immediately helped with wrist pain. The software DOES let you rebind the joystick to individual keys. The first option in the button list will let you 'Assign a keyboard button' and can record a single key-press, and there is a decent macro manager for recording multiple keys. I've rebound the joystick keys to be a pretty comfortable set of macro keys. The DPI will actually go below 1000 all the way down to 200, in increments of 100. The joystick may not really help in gaming, but the overall feel and responsiveness of the mouse should do great.Could Use Improvement:The ergonomics are great, though i do wish there was a bit more support on the pinky so it doesn't slip off. I wish there was a tactile click from the joystick, though that may just be preference. The joystick click in with a press, and it takes considerably more effort to press than all the others.

Awkwardly place everything
First, let me state off the bat that my wrist has never been happier. Now for the weird stuff. The proper grip for the mouse is to have your index rest above the LMB, let your middle finger rest on the LMB, and let your ring finger rest on RMB. This creates the most comfortable grip and gives you easy access to the thumb buttons. But it's awkward to left- and right-click with, and the rocker ("joystick") is just as awkward to use in this position. The alternative grip is to move your hand down so that your index is on LMB and your middle finger is on RMB. This is the most comfortable way to use the two main buttons and the scroll wheel and the rocker ("joystick"), but it makes it difficult to use the thumb buttons. If you're the type who moves your whole hand when you move the mouse, it's going to create issues with the bottom of your hand and your pinky rubbing against your desk. This could have been solved if the hand rest that clips onto the mouse wrapped around that side of it, but it doesn't (the hand tray is trash, don't both with it).Otherwise, it works fine.My advice to the manufacturer is to do one of the following two things:1) Make the LMB bigger by extending it upward so that it can be pressed with the index finger in the "proper" grip. Move the mouse wheel up a bit so it's easier to use with the middle finger.OR2) Make the wrist tray wrap around the outside of the mouse so the whole hand rests on it. Move the thumb buttons down so they're easier to use in this alternative grip.Other than that, your mouse is very nice. It seems to be sturdy, is made out of a nice feeling material, and the software was easy to set up and use.

Good ergonomic design, below average build quality
I've had this mouse since December for home use. After about 4 months the thumb buttons feel soft and unresponsive. Feels like a really worn PS controller button.Never used the joystick, no idea why it's even there.Mouse scroll is good.Left, right and middle mouse click is good.Overall feel fit and feel is pretty good, not too light, fits a large hand. It's a good starter ergo mouse. I would spend an extra 30-40 to get something branded and of better build quality.
