This has become my husband's go to coffee in the morning. First, the smell as its brewing is amazing, but the flavor of the caramel and coconut also come through after its brewed. That is something that he isn't used to, most coffees smell amazing but then there is little to no taste. There is very little bitterness to the coffee, which he appreciates. I definitely recommend these if you like coconut and caramel

I’m so happy I found these in the compostable pods. They quit selling them in major grocery stores. Great quality and taste!

The coffee is very good.The design of the pods . . . not so much. At least for my coffee maker. Because the bottom of the pods are soft, there is often not enough resistance for the water feeder at the top to pierce through the sealed surface. Usually it's fine for my machine. But at least 3 times the piercing did not happen and I either got clear water into my cup underneath, and/or the water drips off the top of the un-pierced pod and falls down onto my countertop.It's really unfortunate, because the coffee is very tasty. But the 'healthier' pods are a bit of a nuisance.UPDATE: I figured out a go-around, so I didn't have to throw away what was left in the box. I poked a small hole in the exact center of the top of the pod with the tip of a wine-bottle opener. :) Works great! So ... I MAY buy another box of this coffee. It does taste VERY good!

Would like to see a dark type avaliable

I love this coffee. I've been purchasing this same coffee using Subscribe & Save. Specifically the Vanilla Macadamia Nut - 4 pack. This was not available for my last cycle and found an alternative - which was a 2 pack. The 2 pack arrived, box compromised. Amazon was great and refunded me. The sealed packages seemed okay, but when inspecting the package compared to one of my boxes from my usual 4-pack, the coffee expiration had passed! When I receive my 4-packs the expire date is generally 8 months out. Not with the 2-pack. I opened up the package and the pods were significantly different. The coffee type was not stamped on the plastic cover and the netting was very different. Is the Kauai company changing the pod design. I don't understand why so different. Was the 2-pack a bad mfg result and they're selling them to Amazon as a test bed? Would love a response from the Kauai coffee company on this.
