This has been my go to eyeliner for a couple of years now. I like that it does not smear. It is dry going on - not as smooth as some, but I think that is what keeps it from smearing.

great eyeliner for beginners but it does smudge easily. after about an hour or two, it's either smudged or just completely gone, although that may have to do with my hooded eyelids. it's definitely water proof though! i'm still using it but i probably wouldn't buy it again.

I was looking for a waterproof and smudge proof eyeliner and this one is it. It works, I have no problem with it. I like that it has a sharpener at the end of the pencil. As far as the price it’s ok.

I had high expectations for this pencil because I have other products from this brand which I really like. This pencil was disappointing. The whole led came sliding down the tube of the pencil and the product was at most about 4 inches. I am returning because this is really bad quality. I can’t even say if the pencil’s formula is decent because the product itself it’s such bad quality. It came broken, maybe it was just the pencil I received but it’s too much of a hassle to reorder a new one just to find out it’s quality control issue. Will not be repurchasing.
