I enjoyed having this hydro gallon for 2 years now, it served me well, always kept me hydrated, it is a great amount for a gallon and has a great appearance. I utilize the straw cap instead of the folding cover cap. Way durable and you think it would be. It is handled rough handling for sure. It has quite an amazing lifetime warranty which I utilized. I would highly recommend this product and they have great customer service. I would highly recommend this product.

Had been using a hydroflask for years but finally got annoyed of having to constantly refill. This jug saves me from annoying refills throughout the day. It’s plastic so I don’t expect it to keep cool compared to a hydroflask, but it does come with a sleeve. I prefer my water room temperature so it really isn’t a big deal for me. Love the straps it comes with to carry or attach to and love the time stamps on the side to keep on track if water intake is one of your goals. The straw lid is very convenient since a gallon jug is heavier to lift in order to drink. It is a heavy water bottle and takes up more space in bags but is expected for the amount of water it holds. Have had no problems with leaks and when refilling the sleeves catches drips. This jug was one of my favorite purchases and really good value for the $19 price i paid. Would highly recommend

Yep don't drop it, the gallon water jugs at the grocery store are more durable than this thing waste of money. (Update) the seller reached out and offered a refund or replacement this company is legit and I want to make a note it was my fault that the product broke butter fingers lol thanks Tom.

I bought this for my husband who carries around a gallon jug everyday. He loved the jug until it got knocked down and busted.Changing my review to 5 stars. I was contacted by the seller and they sent a replacement within a few days. Great customer service means a lot.

It's bigger than what I expected but it's good. The cover is great and water doesn't spill all over the place.
