I originally bought a pink terrazzo 16 oz tumbler but ended up returning it because I really wanted the cream terrazzo which was out of stock at the time. Glad I did. I ordered the cream when it was back in stock and I think is a bit thicker and more substantial compared to the pink. A lot of reviews mention that it is thin and gets really hot when pouring tea water in. Hopefully this new batch is a little better about that. I use it primarily for coffee so that is not an issue for me. I wanted a portable mug that was ceramic and microwaveable which is surprisingly hard to find. This checks all my boxes so I am happy with it. I don’t have a dishwasher and it has held up well with hand washing. I try to avoid using metal spoons to stir my drinks because they mildly scratch the bottom. I use chopsticks as an easy substitute. Other reviewers who marked it lower have legitimate complaints (especially for the price) but for my intended use the mug is attractive and functional.

I was initially hesitant to purchase this ceramic drinking cup after reading some negative Amazon reviews and noticing it was often returned. However, I decided to give it a try since I prefer ceramic over stainless steel or plastic. Previously, I had a glass travel cup from W&P, but it broke when my daughter dropped it.After using this ceramic cup for a one-week trip, I can confidently say it’s a must-have for my daily outings! It fits perfectly in my bag’s pocket, helping me avoid using disposable plastic or paper cups. Plus, it’s incredibly durable and absolutely adorable. Ceramic has quickly become my favorite material for drinkware. Highly recommend!

I literally got this product in last night and have used it once and hate it already. I put tea in it and it’s so hot I can barely hold the cup. Also, the lid is not leakproof and isn’t well designed, so if you close the lid completely and tip the cup, liquid gets everywhere from the opening not closing completely. But hey, at least the cup is pretty to look at?

Pros: This mug is beautiful and wonderful to hold in the hand. I love looking at it, reaching for it, and drinking from it. I'm glad I bought it and would buy more.Cons: It somehow it seems to pull the heat right out of the drink. However, this is more or less on par with regular mugs. Also, as other reviewers have mentioned, the exterior of the mug is about as warm as your drink, so if you like your coffee really hot, the mug will be hot to hold. It also does not fit completely in my car cup holder, although it does just enough.In summary, this is a beautiful mug and I'm glad I bought it. I will use it more like I use my regular mugs, and less like a travel mug. I also will drink my coffee quickly, because the mug will not keep it warm.

Very Cute but not functional I love the shape of the cup I love the look of the cup but this is not a travel cup this cup has major problems. Maybe it's my car I have a 2022 Toyota corolla and the cup does not fit in the cup holder so the first time I used it I put it in the storage area in between the front seats. It is ceramic. they tell us that it is ceramic I did not notice that when I bought it but ceramic for Togo is not me because it can break and when I'm rushing I have to pour and go I did that with this cup and when I went to grab it, it burned my hand the sleeve is not a protective sleeve Maybe it protects a bit but its not very effective. The lid. I don't like the lid it's not a lid that helps you sip it works against you Maybe have the lid sink into the cup so that you can use the Smooth edge of the actual cup. It's sad because I really love the aesthetic of the cups If they would fix these problems they would have a loyal customer but no I need a cup that will help me in the morning not make things harder.

I ordered this product twice and both times the silicone rim edging was uneven and jagged. Whoever cut it in the factory in China did not take the time to make sure it lays at the same place all the way around the mug. It is up over the border in some areas and falls beneath in others. I contacted the company directly because it happened twice and they were rude and unhelpful. They told me to return it to Amazon and made no attempt to inspect one and send me one that is not defective directly from the company. Secondly, there is ZERO possibility of holding this mug when there is boiling water right out of the kettle poured into it. You can't even pick it up. I have to leave my lid off the mug for 5-10 mins before it is able to be picked up. The lid itself is not super secure. There is not a tight suction on the lid to the cup. The mug overall is a beautiful, which is what sucked me in to buying it, but it's too hot to hold and upon closer look the edging of the silicone is poorly manufactured. I would not recommend buying this product to anyone.

After spending years using expensive metal tumblers to keep my coffee hot I realize it's just never going to stay hot enough. That's where this cute Tumblr from Porter came in. I can reheat it to my heart's delight has a lovely grippy outside and is super cute and the perfect size for my work coffee. Not really leak proof so just keep it upright if you put it in your work bag but I'm very pleased with it and use it everyday. Sometimes I wish they would redesign the top to be a little bit more appealing but it's fine. I get a lot of compliments on how cute it is as weird as it sounds

The style and colors are beautiful.I haven’t had any issues with my coffee spilling out of the sides. Maybe people with those problems, overfill their cups… just saying…I drink my coffee pretty quick, so I don’t let it get cold. However, if it does get cold, you can just stick it in the microwave for a few seconds. No big deal.If you want a mug that will keep your coffee/tea hot for 48 hours, then do some research before you buy.I’m happy with my purchase. It’s stylish, sturdy, and well-designed.
