Really good in getting rid of skin tags. Wee bit wary at first as it sure how it would feel. But it gives wee zap when contacts skin but once your get that steady hand your looking for more to do .

Had a Milk spot on the corner of my lower eyelid for almost a year, it was gradually getting bigger and mkre noticeable. Without a word of a lie this tool removed it within 3 zaps and its completwly gone. This was after being quotes almost £600 at a private clinic.I tested it in my arm first. Instruction manual is a bit perplexing.As the writer whom have inputted “don’t touch water” keep the removal area within two weeks?” Now I don’t have to be smelling and not have a shower? This should be addressed onto the item’s page before someone orders the product. As wanting to use the product instantly and not having to be aware of the issues using it after…It’s quite an unreliable method if you want instant results.It’s truly a wasted investment.

I bought this item and have purchased a more expensive dermavel. I’ll update you after I have tried dermavel. This item is very painful at a high setting. I’m used to pain as I’m covered in tattoos but as now I feel the only viable setting without numbing cream is 4. If you do this to yourself 4 is max. I do my own tattoos so I’m used to being sore. I will update you with pictures from the outcome. Tattoo removal takes many applications and I’m not sure this item is effective though it does not promote this on its description. Do not apply any moisture at all until the scabs have fallen off or it will not work, I’ve seen videos of people applying aloe vera or moisturiser, this device requires that you wait until scabs fall of before you apply. If you do apply before hand you will be in great pain.I must stress that this does not seem like a professional device and I would not recommend at this point due to the pain intensity and risk of infection.

I like this, easy to use and very useful. Gets rid of those pesky skin tags once and for all. Wasn’t painful, just a slight burning smell.

Works well & is a nice solid well built & designed tool.Instructions are very lacking in any detail resulting in potential for the user to either using not high enough setting or too low setting each having its own problems.I stuck with it & experimented & it took me a good number of weeks to figure out what setting for removing what ailment with my old boot leather skin type.
