I don’t drink at all, I just have other things going on and feel like crap every morning. This makes me feel more normal. It feels like the “bad chemicals” get gobbled up and I can start my day much sooner. So I’d say it’s strong and super effective.I bought this because it’s a quercetin analog and I like using flavonoids to manage mast cell issues. This company doesn’t use fillers, it’s just the capsule and the supplement you want. There probably isn’t a more cost effective DHM product out there, even in bulk. This is a good dose for the price per capsule.The product is much lighter than what’s shown in the promo pictures, don’t be concerned when capsules with a white powder show up.

Kill those hangovers. Take one for every 2 drinks.

I used to purchase the Naturebell Morning Rehab pills, which were fantastic for those nights you indulged a bit more than you should have. Had family and friends try them and got rave reviews all around. They seem to be completely out of stock now so I ordered these to try, as the key active ingredient in them is DHM. If you're looking at these for a bit of hangover prevention, don't bother with these. Firstly the pills are white, not brown as pictured so hopefully that doesn't mean I received the wrong thing. I had forgotten what a hangover even felt like after using the Morning Rehab pills but boy did these remind me. Anyhow, they obviously don't promote these as hangover prevention pills but let's be honest, that's probably why you're looking at them. And if that is what you want them for, I absolutely do not recommend.

Every time i have a couple of these while dinking i dont feel nearly as bad the next day i need to do some more "research" this weekend to be sure.

I'll admit I was a bit skeptical that something could 'cure' the dreaded hangover but this product does work. Definitely can't be a placebo effect. I take two capsules in the morning. Then if I plan to drink I'll take another one or two right before and follow up with another one or two before I go to bed. So far the headaches, groggy feeling, dehydration are gone. It's simply amazing. I have also noticed a more ebullient mood during the day. I'm a believer in the science.

I've been taking DHM for the last 3-4 years. DHM works - it definitely reduces hangovers and also seems to help keep you from getting too drunk too fast. I normally buy the Nature Bell brand, but I started getting these batches that turned my pee red, then the problem seemed fixed, but all of a sudden it seems like they're out of stock or discontinued.Enter this new brand. Seemed like a good option with DHM and fewer inert compounds. I got a bottle and decided to try them out last night. Had a moderate number of drinks last night (based on my normal consumption) and a similar dose of DHM. Woke up this morning with a bit of a hangover feeling a little worse than I probably would have with my prior brand. My brother has also had a similar experience with his batch. I recognize that we're a very small sample, but these aren't as good. I'll probably give them another try (vs throwing them out), but at this point, I can't give them more than a 3-star rating.

I would return this if that was possible. I frequently use a different brand of DHM that has a noticeable effect. Even when I take twice as much as the other brand, this has almost no effect on me. Not sure if it's weak or faulty, but I will be throwing this away.

I have taken a lot of products over the years to try to find a quick solution to lose weight. Ironically, I did a whole lot of research which led me to a specific set of inferred conclusions.So I decided to buy this product, and test it out for myself. Yes, the short answer is that it does work at least during the duration that I took it for. It's been a month now, and I can honestly say I've lost somewhere between 11 and 13 lb. That's just sheer body weight that has come off. I haven't had a chance to measure my body fat, but I definitely lost some weight.One thing I will add that is the most important is that I did not change my diet in any way, nor did I change my usual workout routine, or anything else about my daily lifestyle and activities. So one could therefore conclude that 11 to 13 lb of weight came off of me. Exactly what that was is something I will take better note of next time buying this product. I'm going to try to get a good body fat scale, or perhaps even go to the doctor to have that measured before during and after the process.In any case, I strongly urge everyone reading this review to go see your doctor, contact your physician, etc, and make sure that you don't do anything or take any products which could injure or harm you in any way shape or form.
