I bought this item but it didn't suit the space and size I needed it for. The company's customer service was amazing they were easy to contact and responded quickly in resolving the issues.Definitely recommend them.

The top rail at the bottom of the crib will not straighten and stay upright. The product is faulty and can not find contact details to complain. No invoice or details of company came with the item. Had no response from seller or Amazon. Taken it to the tip where it belongs and purchased a Silver Cross travel cot that does what it says. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT.

I would not recommend as we've ended up using it as storage because its not safe, when my son stands up it's just not sturdy and causes him to fall. The mattress is a piece of hard board which my baby was not comfortable on, the net and changing mat do not attach to the cot look as shown. The instructions on how to put it together are just pictures which makes it very hard to understand as the pictures don't match the actual cot

Arrived without instructions and in the end, it was a mess - avoid at all costs. Actually, it wasn't even worth the single star.

Used the cot 4 times not easy to put down or up - now broken - with the sides not able to go up and the ends not able to go down.

Proper assembly instruction was missing, couldn't figure it out what were some metal pipes for, and where to place them. Mosquito net with lose parts hanging from it, didn't stay on either, very flimsy and poor quality. Needed to send it back as wasn't fulfilling required criteria.
