These are the best
I have tried several foot support insoles, but these are by far the best that I have tried so far. They do cost a little more than the others, but they are worth it so I now have three of these to put in three pairs of shoes Or slippers! It does show you exactly where to trim it to fit the size of your shoe. It’s Dr. Scholl and it’s a good quality insole. Comfort!!!

Hard to find and great product
Love how easy they are to insert and use .never an odor and make every shoe more comfortable. Bought 5 pairs this time.

The cork arches are heat moldable; excellent for low profile insole.
If you understand that these are a minimal, low profile insole and do not need a ton of support, then these are excellent. These would also work for shoes with out a lot of room in them; think dressy shoes and boots. I use these in a pair of Nike free runners, a quasi-minimalist shoe. I do not need a thick insole nor does that shoe have room for one. These insoles are in that grey area between the flimsy sock liners that shoes come with and the sport insoles with the plastic arch cages. As far as the cork arches, these can be trimmed, filed down, and heat molded to fit accordingly. Obvious disclaimer to do so at your own risk. But, I used a heat gun (hair dryer on high might work) for about a minute only heating the cork section. Afterwards, immediately place insole in shoe and stand in shoe with weight bearing down flat for a few minutes. Insole arches should conform to foot shape better.

Comfortable insole
This is my second purchase.I use my first pare almost a year,and it's still like new, I handwash it many times and they still in a perfect condition.I order 5 more pars for another shoes .With cork arch support I fill no pain walking all day.

Great for more toe box room.
These are great and feel good especially if you need more room in the toe box, however; the cork arch support will make most shoes squeak so be aware you might have to remove that with some time and a knife to get that noise to go away. It will also make the arch support less intense if you do.
