Very quiet
My one cat doesn't mind the noise and let's me use the clippers on his matted fur for quite awhile at a time. I haven't tried it on my more skittish cat, that doesn't mat like his brother but he needs a hygenic grooming. The cats were supposed to be short hair tabbies when we rescued them as kittens at the shelter. They ended up being more like Maine Coon cats. I'm still trying to figure out the grooming ability using the attachments. So far I have used it without the attachments.I was hoping it would cut the mats out easier and faster but my cat with the fine, long hair was such a matted mess. I've been able to carefully remove a few huge matted areas and some smaller areas so this seems like a good product. After trying special brushes and detanglers I decided to try clippers. It's nice it doesn't have a cord so was able to use while my cat was peacefully sitting on the couch. The trimmer quality and design is good and seems very durable. It's easy to use with a comfortable weight. The charge has lasted quite awhile.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS for my cat!!!
I am not paid or given any promofor this review. No one sent me a card with “hey, if you leave a 5-star review I’ll give you a product free” (which has happened, so all reviews are not legit on all items sold but this one is!)I tried many many products for my cat. I’d tried “human” clippers and that was a nightmare. I have a number of grooming tools like the comb with the razors, numerous scissors that cut fine fur with ease. But none of them can stop the pulling, and that’s what gets teeth in my hand because pulling on a mat HURTS the cat.I was thinking she was going to have to get a mobile groomer or get some light sedation at the vet .. How on earth was I going to get these mats out of her fur?I had purchased a large grooming tool likethis years back for a dog and it was two and a half times the price. It worked great, but I wasn’t sure that 39 bucks was going to be enough. But it is. It’s incredible. It does make noise, of course, but my cat doesn’t run screaming. Of course a real anxious animal may not put up with it but this thing works great. She literally didn’t even get out of the bed when I shaved off a mat under her arm pit this morning. She wagged her tail with a “I’m trying to sleep” warning, but literally didn’t even get out of her bed. This poor cat has such crazy layers of fur and such soft, fine fur in there that just gets matted despite her loving being brushed. And once a mat starts, she won’t let me touch it without biting or clawing. And I don’t push it because I don’t want to hurt her.I was really worried that this was going to pull her fur but it doesn’t! It almost melts off. It’s like watching folks shear a sheep. It’s actually a little bit too much fun.Now I did it in stages so as not to overwhelm her. She had some thick mats on the back of her legs where her underfluffies are long and thick. It just feels like felt underthere. Literally I couldn’t even touch them before without her turning to give a warning bite. But now that they’ve been off for a couple of days I can literally pet the back of her legs and she is fine with it. I think she was just so sore.Poor little thing I just kept finding more and more little mats hidden under her long fur. It’s as soft as a baby unicorn, so fine and magnificent. But wow is that problematic.Anyway I’m super psyched about this find. And it came with a charge so I literally just turned it on with the blade thatwas attached and went to town. I’m saving some of the really crazy mats to mail to my kid (my cat’s co-parent) at college because you have to feel it to believe it. My cat is soooooooo much happier! Although she did give me a small bite when I trimmed her nails tonight (not with this kit) but she has to keep her game strong somehow!!Photos of her with her new friend, then if you can see a shaved spot under her arm and then from the back of her upper leg where she had super long fur and a felt-like mat in there. It was just so easy to get these shaved off. I still can’t believe all of the torment I put her through trying to use tiny scissors etc. I was always scared I’d cut her with those. Now I don’t have to worry ❤️Even if these don’t last long (which I hope they will) it’s still cheaper than a groomer (although they probably make it look much nicer 😆. I’m just trying to help my cat, not get her a modeling contract).Get these for your meow!!

Worked Great. Long lasting charge
My cat is EXTREMELY skittish and I was able to give her a haircut several times now. There’s a nice variety of clips and the scissors are extremely sharp and good quality. The clippers are fairly quiet. I turned them on at a distance, and then walked towards her as to not make her jump, she tolerated the haircut much better than I expected and it was less traumatic for her than going to a groomer. I have not needed to charge the clippers as of yet because the charge lasts a long time. My only complaint is the position of the power button. The way I hold the clippers my thumb seems to hit it every time so as I’m clipping her I accidentally shut it off. That is one little design flaw.

Quiet, easy, and my cat does well with them!
I have a kitty with a brain injury from an accident and she is not very good at taking care of herself. These clippers are a life saver and she does not mind at all me using them to shave her whole body (long hair). They are very quiet and easy to use. Totally recommend for cats!

Best clippers I've ever used, much better than the more expensive ones w/the control on the plug!
Would give more stars if I could! This is a FANTASTIC trimmer! It works on both of our long hairs cats, one a Maine Coon mix that is massive, and can't easily groom herself, and has one hell of a temper. The other a ragdoll that is ancient (well, over 12, as I've had him for 11 years, and he was at least one when I got him, but is likely over 15) and has *extremely* loose skin that is normally a challenge to use clippers on, as they tend to nick his skin, not letting us trim him easily, and he unfortunately has a complete demeanor change when taken into the vet (like needs to be sedated levels of change, for a *really* old 6.5lb cat!) and the one time I tried to get him groomer, I was called back immediately as they couldn't get him out of his carrier, he was hissing and spitting so much. Meanwhile, at home, he just laid on my chest while I trimmed the areas that needed it and was purring the whole time! These let me trim both easily, getting through really tough matted areas while not pulling, getting jammed, or nicking the skin!

Work great amd long battery
Love these clippers!! I have a husky mix that has very long hair and sheds constantly. Since getting this set I have been able to keep her groomed with ease. With the guards included it makes it very adjustable, its cordless design keeps you from getting tangled in the cord, and fits easily in your hand. Great quality and long battery life.
