It protects the back and sides well. The edges are inline with the screen, so there is no protection offered to the screen if dropped screen first. I'm certain that the rest of the phone would be ok in a fall. Feels soft to the touch, and generates enough friction to to not slip from your grip.

This is a genuine Samsung silicone case and has protected my Galaxy s10e for many months due to my clumsy hands. No issues with the case, but the top left and right corners are now very shiny, making the case look cheaper than it is. Otherwise, very good at protecting the phone from drops to hard floors.

It's soft to touch but doesn't feel like it will offer my phone too much protection. Because of the silocone material the phone is slippery, if the surface is not flat the phone tends to slide off, even if it's a gentle incline. Cheap quality too, lasted about 9 months before the silcone started to rip and peel away from it's plastic case, and I'm not a heavy user. Poor

This product is rubbish, the plastic is very weak and the silicone will peel off. Have only had it for more than a month, tried contacting Samsung Customer Service and they hung up when I told them about the situation. Nobody seems to care about accessories and now I have a broken case that I paid £15 for!!!!

Awful case that has barely lasted more than 18 months. All of the silicone has peeled off of the plastic frame. For reference, my previous HTC case lasted 4 years.
