Hair like straw
This was awful, it didn't suit my hair type at all and it felt dry and straw like afterwards.

Gentle scent and nice to use.
Never really sure about claims on shampoo and conditioners… how do they test that?! And the sample groups seem so small! Anyway, this shampoo is very nice nonetheless. Careful not to squeeze too much out, it’s thick but a little goes a long way. Massages into the hair well and easy to wash out (unless you put too much on!) Didn’t think it had too much of a scent, but what there is is very pleasant. My hair (reasonably fine, coloured, medium length) feels almost conditioned after use. Did it add shine? Hmm, hard to tell! It doesn’t leave my hair feeling heavy or lacklustre, though, so that’s always a big thumbs up. After blow drying, I have to say there was still a bit of frizz/static going on. Perhaps prolonged use will help. It’s a lovely shampoo to use regardless of whether the claims are justified, and a little goes a long way, so of fair value for a branded product.
