Product does what it says it will do.
I had been taking another brand that offered 1500mg without the chondroitin and glucosamine for years and decided to try this. I like it much better. Capsules are easier to swallow than the previous brand. I am 74 years old and my joints are all fluid and painless. I recommend this product.

Great stuff!!!! Try it it worked wonders for me.
I injured my back leg knee last year. Also have sciatica on the same side. I would wake up during the night from the aching pain in my leg.The first day I took this I slept through the night with no leg pain. My sciatica is 65 percent gone.This product has helped me tremendously.

Too big
Just on my second day of using these so I don't know yet how well they work. I hope they are effective. The one thing I would like is for the pills to be smaller as they are frightfully big to swallow. If you fear choking on large pills these might not be right for you. I may be able to add them to a drink or something else but I wouldn't be able to buy again unless I can add the powder from the capsules to drink or food in order to take them. I gave 4 stars because of the capsule size.

No more pain, no more psoriasis
My knee pain decreased after 30 days. After 60 days, the most unexpected benefit happened. All of my psoriasis went away. I had plaque psoriasis on my scalp and psoriasis on my elbows. Starting January 2025 it stopped, it is now June 2025, and no outbreaks. I have never gone this long without an outbreak. It might be the tumeric or all the ingredients combined.

Esta medicina es lo mejor de lo mejor yo las compré para mi mm por los dolores en los brazos y articulaciones y lleva dos meses tomándola , ha mejorado notablemente el ciclo es por tres meses dice mi mm q es la mejor que se ha tomado por la mezcla de medicamento que posee eso es especial pues la volveré a comprar para tomarlas yo porque también las necesito aprovecha y compra q no te vas a arrepentir 👍👍

Not sure if this is doing anything
How can you really tell if Glucosamine & Chondroitin are really working? I nearly finished my first bottle and I have no way to determine. I gave this a 3* because 1) I didn't have any adverse reactions, 2) 3 capsules are a lot to swallow at one time (you can just split up the dosage though) and 3) The symptoms that I thought these pills would alleviate in some way, are still there. But maybe these were the wrong solution.

It works if you stay on it
This is a great product. Had severe knee pain and took this to help relieve the pain. Really works but as with all herbs it takes minimum of 90 days of taking this before benefits can be realized.
