Reasonably Priced and Practical
It’s a great buy and easy to use. The cold pack option is great for keeping wet food fresh. If you buy two of them, you can leave kitty for the weekend and can set the timers to serve two meals a day.

Great automatic feeder
Love this automatic feeder! It’s easy to use and the bowl is big enough that it doesn’t bother my cat’s whiskers. It’s not super accurate on timing, but it’s close enough. My cat no longer wakes me at 4 am!

Good simple option
I love how quiet these were, and it worked great since at the time i didnt need many timed feedings however im not sure about how sealed up they were. I found a roach one night on the back of it trying to get to the food. The battery portion got wet in my use of bug spray to get the thing off and then it no longer worked. I think these are great otherwise but I ended up purchasing something with a better seal after that. Oh also I found the clock timer to be fine/accurate, so no worries there.

No more being bullied awake by our cat!
Seriously one of the best products I’ve purchased in a while. Works perfectly, simple to use and easy to clean. Almost silent when it pops open. When I feed our cats at night, I put most of the wet food in the dish (open) on the right side and the rest of it on the left side (closed). I set the timer for around 4am, and our loudly dramatic cat no longer harasses us awake at the crack of dawn. AMAZING.

Unfortunately Not My Favorite
I really wanted to like this product, but it unfortunately has some downsides that make it collect dust in my house instead of being used.PROS: The size of the bowls holds a full can of cat food. Because of the ice packs, it can keep wet food cold (which not a lot of automatic feeders have). There are metal bowls you can purchase to use instead of the plastic bowls included to help keep food colder for a longer period of time. Because there are two bowls, you can use this for two cats. There are two separate timers as well so you can set a feeder for different times of the day.CONS: My main issue is that there is no alarm or bell feature for when the feeder opens. When it opens, it is quiet. I have one cat that will eat the other cat’s food if they get to it first so I need both cats to be alerted to the feeder opening. Additionally, since the timer is a manual dial, it is hard to create a price time which can be an issue for some cats that like a strict feeding schedule. My cat has PICA and will eat random object if not fed on time. Also, since the timers are separate, it’s hard to make sure they open on each side at the same time to feed two cats. I have tried to see if I can get the feeder to open at the same time every time, but I have not been able to. As a result, I only use this when I absolutely have to. I wish it had a digital timer instead. There is a piece that allows both sides to be opened at once and only requires one timer to be set BUT it makes one lid unlocked and easier for a cat to get into (if that makes sense).I would prefer a version made out of metal, because my feeder became swiftly chewed up from my gluttonous cat. If you’re worried about plastic consumption with your cat, I’d choose a different feeder.I think I bought this for around $50 originally. I feel a bit robbed seeing it now for $30. My loss, I guess. I do think $30 would be fair IF there was a bell or alarm feature.

Works Well - Happy Cat
Very quiet - my earlier automatic feeder was so loud when it dispensed kibble that my cat was scared of it. This unit works well and softly opens. Haven’t used the ice blocks yet but nice to know they are nested underneath. Easy to clean feeding dishes fit snuggly. Happy cat.

Doors link together so two cats eat simultaneously
So far so good. Most of these auto feeders got really mixed reviews, so I got a cat cam so I could check to make sure the feeders opened, and so far, no problems! I got this one in particular so I could link the two doors together, so if one timer goes off before the other, it won't open until the second timer goes off. That way, the cats aren't fighting over one bowl until the other opens. This has worked well so far! I'll update if it breaks. I did follow the reviews and the manual but taking the batteries out bw uses, and plan to charge them each time before I go away.

Timer Keeps Going Around
I’m only giving it a 4. Mostly because I don’t like the timer keeps going around until the batteries have been taken out.The instructions do say to set both timers when you use the piece that hooks them together to open simultaneously. Make sure you do that! If you only use one of the timers because you think you set one on zero - it won’t open. The timers are not exact but they are close enough for my cats since my cats are fed in a window time frame. It works great if we need to be gone for about 24-36 hours. I have two for two feedings and set them to open together so no cat is waiting for food while the other chomps away…But YES - set both timers. Cause if you don’t, from zero that one will keep going around and lock shut so then it doesn’t open at all. I’m glad we figured this all out before leaving my cats home with it.
