Mattel Games Mega Bloks Peek A Blocks Construction Site

Bought on sale for £5, easy stocking filler. My 2 year old loves it! Goes nicely with other megabloks sets

Part of the first builders range; fisherprice mega bloks construction site. A great starter building blocks set that's fun and easy to use and encourages play. Can easily be an additional set or a first set to start them off. The set comes in a colourful cardboard box, showing what the set makes and also the new peek a blocks characters are on display. These are little round characters, with arms that covers its face. Place them down on a block, its arms open out an their eyes can be seen, lift them back up and they go back into hiding. You get a total of 30 pieces, which are al of a good chunky size and in bright colours. You're able to make a truck and crane with slide or build in a different way and attach the crane to the trick, mix it up to maximum play. All the pieces can go with other megabloks sets. All of a good size for little hands to grip and hold on to. Aswell as being a fun set ti play, it's a great way to develop fine motor skills. Specially designed for small hands. Fun and colourful, its suitable for both boys and girls. Love the pair of peek a blocks characters that come with it, tip them out to trick and down he side. Theres nothing yo dislike about the set. Built to last and to withstand play. Would make a lovely gift which doeant disappoint.

I got this for my nephew who is obsessed with Diggers and he loved this.Not only does it include a little digger to make the whole "construction" aspect feel more real, but the blocks themselves are a good decent size and easy to play with, especially for little hands.They're nice and colourful and the imagination goes wild and he enjoys playing and building with them.They're are made with great quality materials and you can see that when you're playing with them.They are also easy to clean after being handled by sticky fingers. Plus, it's just nice to be able to easily clean all the pieces.

First time playing with the mega blocks brand and am pleasantly surprised at how fun they are.As mega blocks are made by Fisher-price you know the quality is fantastic, very robust and durable toys, easily withstand being dropped, thrown, smashed, etcFor a small number of pieces, this construction set provided hours of fun which is excellent.There are 2 'Peek A Boo' characters (a dog and a dragon), both are spherical shaped and can be rolled easily. When you push them onto a block they fling their arms open so you can see the faces and then they close back up once you remove them from the block.The construction site is very easy to set up (only a few pieces), the truck is especially good fun as you can tip the characters off the back loader and onto the slide and see them whizz down.The crane was ok, it was fun to push random blocks off the crane into the truck or onto the slide but the kids soon got bored of it. They were more interested in rolling the characters down the slide and pushing the truck.

This is a great toy and I feel it puts together several elements that work well together. This is a sort of blend between a 'building toy' and a 'play set' toy.The different bricks and other elements can be assembled in many different ways, allowing for kids to let their imagination run free and create their own little play sets. Once assembled into whatever they want, there are many elements they can incorporate and play with in the little world they created. You can move the balls about on their truck or perhaps they'll drop them down the slide and see where they go.The toy itself is really, really well made and is very easy to store despite having a fair amount of pieces. Well worth the price as it has provided many hours of fun since getting it.

A fun set but only has good play value if you can add it to an existing quantity of Mega Bloks. Unfortunately it arrived minus one of the two characters that are attached to a plastic bit on the outside of the box. I opened the box to make sure it wasn’t inside, - it wasn’t, but it was obvious that the set was new and previously unopened so not sure how it came to be missing an important bit. Amazon refunded with no problem, but haven’t bothered to order a replacement yet.

Such a great little set for young children. We tried this set out with my youngest who still loves Mega Bloks and funnily enough my oldest, 5, wanted to play too. They had a blast.It arrived super quick and in a lovely box displaying the two animal characters on the outside. One even has a Try Me function so they're already having fun before you've opened the box.The pop up peek-a-boo characters were a hit. There was so much excitement when they first realised what they could do.The colours are bright and vibrant. Especially great for young ones playing. My youngest now is starting to say the colours of the bricks every time she puts one on. I added this set to the Mega Bloks we already have which made for lots more fun.

These blocks are one of my toddler's favourite.They come in nice gift box with instructions.They are really easy to assembly and fit perfect.They are colourful and don't have any sharp edges.I already have a big bag with mega blocks which can be assembled together with this one , which is great.My toddler really likes the 2 pieces "peek a blocks" animals.Also there is a car, which is easy to assemble and disassemble.They are made from pretty durable material,which is great.They are ideal for ages 1+ years,which is good as well.The price of £16.59 is well worth it.Hopefully my review was Helpful for you.
