Good little knife priced right.
I've been on a scalpel-blade pocket knife kick lately. I usually use utility blade knives so I can just swap out the blades when they're dull, but now I always carry one of these more compact scalpel blade knifes in my pocket or on my keychain. The unit I got was sturdy and small and comfortable to use. It stays open fairly well, and importantly, stays closed well. I returned another brand that was better in a few ways but didn't snap closed well enough for me to be comfortable keeping it on my person.

Works well. Watch your fingers
This knife is as advertised. There is no locking mechanism, but it seems to stay open and closed very well, so that's not a deal-breaker.One caveat: The scalpel blades are SUPER sharp (because, you know... scalpel). Watch your fingers, especially when opening and closing. I sliced my thumb closing it. Of course, that's a positive when you're cutting stuff that isn't your skin.

Unique tool.
Small but sturdy. This small knife uses readily available scalpel blades. You can use it for craft work or just general usage for a sharp knife and they small package. If the blade gets though you can easily pop it out (using care) And replace it with a brand new one and you were back in business.

Very nice EDC
I can hardly tell it’s in my pocket, but it does everything box cutter can.

Super useful.
Highly contact knife, useful for opening bags, packages, boxes, etc. My only gripe about this product is said there is no locking hinge mechanism to keep blade extended so you have to keep in mind on which direction you're cutting because it can fold on you and seeing as how it's a surgical blade, you can easily cut yourself.
