Works fast and efficiently
We love these for our hot tub! It works quickly and really well! Plop it in, and it takes care of the rest!

Simple system that works but expensive for the preveledge
Effective and almost keeps our water perfectly as long as I add a lid full of a booster weekly, monthly a little calcium, and a little PH UP weekly. Even when no one is using it. That basic formula works for me 90% of the time regardless of use. The blue mineral part typically lasts me 4 months, the silver chlorine portion lasts about three weeks even though I keep it set at 1.5.Con'sIt is easily twice to three times more expensive than other systems I can buy at any hardware or pool store but they often require a little more work and adjustments.The FROG system implies it's all you need, but as I mentioned above, I'm always adding more PH Up, booster, and calcium and occasionally some anti-foam, some clarifier (usually once a month), and sometimes alkaline on top of the Up. So even though it's supposed to be a complete system it's not and I'm still adding more money in additional chemicals.We have decided the extra cost is worth it, our water is always great, clean, clear, and ready to go.

Convenience & Cleanliness
Instead of adding chlorine every few days, one can use these handy gadgets to keep your spa clean for 3-4 weeks at a time. I only started using these a few months ago, but I love the convenience of them, and also the knowledge the tub will stay clean. Before, if I forgot to add chlorine, the tub would become dirty with algae and any number of other things, and I would have to super chlorinate it or change the water.

Hot Tub made Easy!
SO easy to use and balance my chemicals in our hot tub. We've tried the 'normal' way of assessing/adding chemicals weekly (if not daily) and that can be A LOT. Ordered this to cover while we were on a 2 week vacation and have not looked back. Works PERFECTLY and keeps our hot tub in tip-top shape year-round.

Crystal clear water, but doesn't last as long as expected
The product is a great idea and works great for a zero effort way to keep your hot tub crystal clear. My only complaint is they just don't last very long. I have a 500 gallon hot tub and set it at the lowest chemical setting. I am going to be lucky to get 2 mo ths from the 3 pack. I like the no effort part, but not sure about the value.
