VERY disappointed!! Fine scratches EVERYWHERE, hazy spots, poor mounting hardware, NO instructions!!
Where to begin?? Mirror arrives by freight and you're asked to make certain it's not broken which is wasn't. So my wife and I go to install it the next day and we find it has NO instructions whatsoever, and the ONLY mounting hardware it comes with is a bottom rail. Ok, easy enough to figure out. Find the studs in the wall, mount the bottom rail, insert mirror into rail. HOWEVER - there is no hardware to secure the top of the mirror - they did include some cheap off brand construction adhesive which I'm guessing they are wanting you to use to secure the top of the mirror to the wall but what if you don't want it mounted permanently?? Luckily I happened to have a couple of mirror clips on hand which I used to secure the top of the mirror to the wall - if you don't have these and you STILL buy this mirror after reading my review make sure to have 2 or 3 on hand to secure the top of the mirror. So, the mirror is now installed and it is FILTHY from shipping, so we grab the glass cleaner and paper towels only to discover once it is clean - there are HUNDREDS of small scratches EVERYWHERE on this mirror. Not deep enough to catch with your fingernail, but definitely visible!! There are also a couple of hazy spots that won't go away no matter how much you clean the mirror. Honestly this company should be ashamed of selling this mirror for $400 - but I'm sure they're not - they don't care - they have their money and you have a crummy mirror. They know you aren't going to return it because it's a MAJOR HASSLE to package and ship something this large. I've contacted the folks at Glass Doctor who offer a polishing service that hopefully will remove all the fine scratches.PROS:It's the biggest mirror I could find for our exercise roomCONS:Fine scratches EVERYWHEREHazy spotsNO instructionsLackluster mounting hardware/system

Top Notch Gym Mirror
I built my own home gym and was looking for commercial grade gym mirrors, these mirrors by far exceeded my expectations. These mirrors give you the same feeling as commercial gyms and they’re very easy to clean and maintain. Also, the customer service representative Robert Quin, was very helpful and took care of all my needs. I highly recommend this product if you want to use a good quality mirrors for your gym.

Great product for my home gym.
I received two of these last week and hung them with the help of another person. Each one is pretty heavy, so it is really best to have a second person. The packing was really good. Even though I could see two places where forklift forks had penetrated the cardboard, both mirrors were intact with no issues. I saw on another review where someone complained about the amount of glue supplied. I'm not a mirror expert, but I think the glue is intended to keep the unit from falling away from the wall (which the provided hardware already takes care of anyway) and not to hold the weight of the unit to the wall. I barely used part of the tube that came with one of the mirrors for both mirrors. The amount of glue provided is more than needed. I hung two of these side by side with the length running from top to bottom. I had to cut one of the brackets to extend the first one to 8 feet. I think if I had to do it over again I would have taken a bit more time to ensure the extended piece was perfectly aligned with the first one. Maybe it would have been better to cut down both brackets to 4 foot lengths and put them side-by-side. Anyhow, the mirrors look great in my new home gym!

Never SHORT on support
Received a large mirror from Fab glass, only to discover after it was installed that we had some distortion issues. We quite literally looked like SHORT “Oompa Loompas” when we saw our distorted reflections in the mirror. We were beyond the return period, but we’re so delighted to have Fab Glass support our concern, since we hadn’t installed the mirror in time to know that there was a distortion issue. Not only was, the mirror replaced, we were not expected to return the damaged mirror and were able to receive it before Christmas. Special thanks to Robert Quin in customer service for making sure we had our needs met. Fab Glass was super responsive even outside of their return policy. Thanks.

Poorly done product. I'd send back but weights too much.
First off, hard to find a mirror in this size that could get delivered. More importantly, let me explain my rating. The crated box came and seemed to have been shipped from an Asian destination as there was nothing English about the package. I opened it up and there were NO instructions on how to hang this very heavy mirror. I had to find some YouTube clips to learn. There weren't enough screws and anchors in the package so I had to go to Home Depot for backups. And the mirror glue that was included came in a foreign box...I think it was glue...I have no idea. I bought mirror glue from HD as there is no way that tiny thing had enough glue for the project. And THE BIGGEST reason that I bought this mirror was for the safety backing that they promoted. I am no expert but I was expecting to see some type of distinguishable backing that was different than a standard mirror, and I didn't. I honestly looks like a large mirror with tape on the back. Is the tape the safety backing?! And as for the rail that holds the mirror, that was terrible. It looked like it was cut to length with a hacksaw as one side was full of burrs and a crappy metal edge. And the holes that the screws are going to do through are WAY to small so I had to enlarge the holes and drill them out. And then when I installed the bottom rail that holds the mirror, the screw heads are cone shaped so they stick out and the mirror had a hard time getting past them to sit in the channel in the rail. Overall, messy product, no instructions, missing pieces, and hope it doesn't shatter on me with their masking tape safety backing. I'd send it back but the product is 150 lbs.
