Put those broken plastic things back together again...save money
This thing has already paid for itself many times over. I've rejuvenated a laundry basket (it's hard to find a good laundry basket these days), fixed the oil reservoir on a garden limb cutting tool, and fixed a spout on a plastic watering can that had torn. With a few of the "staples" included you merely melt them into the plastic, trim off the stems, and then take a Dremel tool and file down the little sharp bits and whatever you've fixed now has a scary Frankenstein like scar, but works like new!

Good tool
I bought this to add to my plastic welding tools. I saw it on a utube channel called Chickanic. This is a tool that will work for many types of plastic repairs I may do.

Works like a dream... Repairs plastic Very well
Amazing... This thing is just that. Works like a dream. I never had much lick trying to melt broken plastic pieces together. I even have the cutting, and smoothing tips for my old weller soldering gun (d550). those never did a real repair. This thing paid for itself the first time that I needed it. If you do your own work (repairs)... Get one.

Saved me big bucks
My daughter cracked the spare tire cover on her RAV4 when she backed into someone. Replacements were hundreds. This repair kit did a great job. *Highly recommend* practicing on a scrap first. You can easily melt all the way through your work piece if you aren't careful. Repair held up on a cross-country trip.
