Really good supplement
This product is better than most vitamin D supplements you will get from a chemist shop. I used to do a lot of weight training and i could feel a lot of difference in my energy levels. Plus it combines vitamin k. This product is one of a kind. Go for it 😇

This is not 5000IU
I thought this was 5000IU per tablet, I've been taking this for 6 months my levels went from 15.4 to 20.4turns out this is just 400IU per tablet, what a waste of time.In the product I got, the label says 5000IU but the one in the amazon product page says its 10mcgbased on my experience looks like its 10mcg.These people should pay for manipulating the info like this
