I love this sprouted brown rice cereal. I use it for dessert after dinner at night when I feel the need. I find the sweetness is low. I add unsweetened almond milk, then add a spoonful of Allulose syrup (zero glycemic, and does not spike blood sugar) and about a tablespoon of unflavored collagen powder.Coconut sugar will spike blood sugar, but not quite as much as table sugar (the GI of glucose is 100. The GI of table sugar is 60, and the GI of coconut sugar is 54) So you still have to be careful if you are watching that. I am very strict and don't eat any sweets, so I don't worry about it.I wondered what I was thinking the first time I got SIX boxes. I gave one away to my niece to try. Then later I was wishing I had kept it! :D (Except I'm glad she got to try it).Anyway, I'm back for more.

I really do love the cereal and is great for me since I have to be gluten free and most sugars do not agree with me. I found out the hard way that all that sell this product can destroy the experience. I buy the cereal all the time and most times I go to recently ordered on my Amazon account and re-order. I had no idea where the item was being shipped from especially when other shops may be out of stock I just take the one that's available. I had the most unpleasant experience with my last purchase - the cereal tasted really weird almost spoiled or a chemical taste - I had purchased 6 boxes and each one tasted strange. I contacted One Degree and they said it was most likely caused by the store I purchased from did not store it correctly and I need to contact them for my money back. They also mentioned I should just purchase from their store - I will now check to make sure but then I ask "why sell to other stores" if you cannot stand behind your product. If I was a first time customer I would be disgusted and would never think that it must of been the store I purchased it from??????

Farmers We Know’s Brown Rice Cocoa Crisp Cereal is the perfect healthy cereal that also tastes chocolatey. It scores a 52/100 on the Yuka health phone app (anything over 50 on the Yuka app is good to eat or drink). It has 2 g fiber, 2g protein, 0g Saturated Fat, 120 mg sodium (not high), and no risky additives. I highly recommend and will buy again!
