Great little machine!
Love it! Had to replace my old one, this one is better, has a clear dirt basket so you can see when you need to empty and clean it. Very happy with it!

Had mine for 7 years, still going strong. Bought a new one to keep down stairs .

Great suction, flimsy attachments, no charging light
It's okay. One thing that bothers me is, unlike past hand vacuums I have had, there is no light on it telling you when it is done charging. That will drive me crazy forever. The vacuum itself seems okay. But the crevice and the brush attachments seem cheap and flimsy. I feel like if I had them on the floor and mis-stepped they would break. But the suction does seem pretty darn good. So in the end it is okay. I would probably give it 3.5 stars if I could. But given it is a vacuum with good suction I'm going with 4 stars.

Fantastic pick up. Hard working machine.
I had my last one for YEARS! it was fantastic. I didn't love (and still don't) the way you have to charge it. I'm always spending time trying to get it to stand up and fit onto the charger. Old one was an easy plug in. BUT! this is terrific and worth the bother. It might not bother you.

Worth it
My place of work uses this exact model and it was so convenient and well made that I bought myself one, and I'm all the better for it. It's easily to clean and works well for cleaning out my car or under furniture, only annoying bit is that it can take a few minutes to properly reconnect the dust chamber to the base again but it's not all the time so it's whatever

Hard to empty
This is NOT the vacuum for you if you have pets. This vacuum is very difficult to empty. The nozzle section opens easily but because of its narrow shape not much comes out. You must open the filter area. Then pull the residue out then reassemble.The suction is ok.

Pretty, powerful, durable.
We've bought about three of these over the years, keep them until the battery dies. Effective, plenty of suction, nice to look at. Durable too.
