I have seen lots of bad press for this item, i think it's great i use it to add to a stew or curry, eady to use does not tadte or smell weird to me. Will buy again definitely

I mean when you’re hungry and dieting even eating stuff like this to fill a space can be appealing but it is more like plasticky/rubbery small bits of pasta. It doesn’t chew well so feels very empty and false. I think I would vote cauliflower rice over this every time but it’s tolerable. Not cheap enough to be worth it to me but like I mentioned - it fills a gap when you’re feeling desperate. Not for me.

Be careful when ordering this.I thought you got five packs of this,and for £9.99 you really should,but unfortunately only one pack was delivered.To be fair,Amazon were swift to offer a full refund when I complained.

Great if you need to reduce carb intake. Texture a little different from normal rice but with a thick sauce it is fine.

There's a reason why it's only 9 cals, it tastes awful, the texture is like frog sporn

I just couldn’t eat this. It has little to no flavour, but the texture is awful, it’s like rubber. I didn’t like the smell when I cut the bag open, which disappeared after running under the cold tap for several minutes! It is weird to be honest and felt alien in my mouth. I now have bags of this stuff to dispose.
