Nice variety
There is a nice variety, but not many long single row pieces. I like that they're interchangeable with Legos.

Very few "thick" blocks. Most blocks flat.
The container is nice and the building platforms are handy. VERY FEW of the bricks are actually 4- or 6-"peg" thick building blocks. Most are the thin blocks. Consequently, it's difficult to make tall structures. The "idea" book just has finished pictures, no steps or partially completed pictures to actually give you an idea of how the item was built.Otherwise, the quality of the pieces seem to be on par with brand name blocks

Great case of legos and a fraction of the price of name brand!! This box has been compatible with the real brand and other generic sets. I’m ecstatic with it. NO Lego people included in the kit, just a random blank head. We think it’s funny. The case is easy to transport and open. It does not open when the sides are locked. My five year old wanted legos for Xmas, and these are so perfect!! He has spent countless hours with these and we’ve had a lot of fun. The case come with a lot random but fun stuff. Ours has like 10 Lego coffee cups in it- so we had a coffee party lol. we love everything In it- you can’t really disappoint a kid who just wants to build without directions.
