BOSU Fabric Resistance Band

I've been going to physical therapy on and off for years as various issues come and go. I've always been given exercises I just can't do becase the thin stretchy straps cut into the veins in my legs. Finally last year a physical therapist used these, and I bought two sets for home (one for each floor). They are amazing. Comfortable. No pain. I do my band exercises all the time now.

I love this band; it’s great quality. What I especially appreciate is that it doesn’t cause any irritation when used on bare skin during workouts. I also really like the colors and the non-slip rubber lining that keeps it in place. Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase.

Solid, quality resistance band.

I like the different levels of resistance that these bands offer. I'll start out on the low one because I'm just starting to get myself in better shape. I will be using these in conjunction with the Bosu ball. That should enhance my workout since I'll be using more of my core than I would if I didn't use these bands.I'll be able to tell if I'm ready to move up to a stiffer band and be able to easier monitor my progress if any.

Use these several times a week. Good product and made out of a material that doesn’t bind with the fur on my legs, etc.

My chiropractor and massage therapists keep asking me to do exercises with bands, but I hated using the rubber ones because they are flimsy, stinky, and uncomfortable because they roll up and cut into my legs all the time. I used the same yellow bosu band, the light one, for an exercise in my chiro's office a few weeks ago, and knew I needed to get the same one! The Bosu-brand bands are strong and seem like they will last a long time. I like the grippy stuff on the inside that helps keep them in place. The only thing I don't particularly like is the reinforced part where they are sewn together. The fabric and sticking there is rough on the skin. However, I have been able to strategically place the band in a way where that part won't touch my skin. So far, so good! These are a huuuuuge upgrade to the stinky rubber ones, I'll never use those again!

I have a knee injury that makes it so I can’t lift weights. This was a good alternative to make my workouts a little more challenging without over doing it on my knee. I love it also have taken it on travel to not lose my routine. Good resistance doesn’t tear like plastic ones and has grippies inside so it doesn’t roll or slip. Would recommend.
