Bought this for my daughter bc she was complaining about how itchy her scalp was and I’d watch her constantly scratching. After using it for the past month (about 1/2 times a week) it has helped tremendously!

This is the one shampoo that actually cleans my 4 year daughters thick hair. The smell is very earthy and strong, but I like it. just remember it’s not tear free and it is pretty expensive for the size.

I pretty much never bother to review anything, but this shampoo was a huge win. My daughter was about to start school, and she had significant dandruff.We used it ONCE and 90% of her dandruff was gone! We used it one more time before school started, and I haven't seen a flake since. I had been expecting to have to use this 2-3 times per week for several weeks to see results, but the results were immediate. This will be a staple in our house from now on.A few important notes:- I used this according to the instructions. I may have even left it on a bit longer than suggested (between 5-10 minutes).- I also used one of those silicone scalp-scrubber tools, and I really went over her scalp with it thoroughly (just after applying the shampoo) for at least 2 minutes before I even started the timer. I think using the scrubber really helped a lot.- This shampoo also had a remarkable clarifying effect: her hair has never been as clean as it was after this!- I probably wouldn't use it too often, because she complained about the smell. I thought the smell was just fine, but she is pretty particular.- Her dandruff is the result of swimming frequently in a chlorinated pool. If a kid has a more persistent case, it might not work as quickly, but I think it would still be effective.

My kid had some patches of dry scalped. After several online research, i selected it. It worked well, didn't have the dry patches any longer.

My four year had a really itchy and dry scalp. They sent her to the nurse at school because they thought she had lice! I ordered this and have been using it for awhile now and it's taken away the dry scalp! It's smells great too!

I know that the description says 8oz bottle but it does feel a bit small for the price. We've only used it once so I can't comment on the efficacy but the smell is pungent. I usually like the scent of tea tree oil but this just shoved itself right up my nose. My 5yo also commented on how strong it was while I was washing his hair. I noticed most of the reviews were actually for a different product so maybe that one smells better but this one is way too intense to be pleasant.
