The water level in the reservoir is a little difficult to see, otherwise performs well, came with a 3 pin plug.

Quite Huge but Works Extremely Well
Storage space may be a challenge, but the effortless functioning of this steam iron overshadows any potential disadvantages. Stubborn creases are easily removed with this temperature adjustable iron, don't settle for the automatic temperature control alternatives.

leaks when not used in horizontal position
Good steam produced but if held in any other position other then horizontal water leaks causing water marks and making it impossible to vertical steam any clothing.
