My scalp acne have reduced. Just try and use more similar shampoos to have it completely cured.

Use it twice a week
I tried it once and seems to be doing good, the texture is a bit thick so I suggest to thoroughly massage your scalp when applying. Also, i wish the bottle was bigger.
