Replace before failure.
Easy install. Perfect fit on my 2005 F150 Lariat 5.4 Triton I am at 170k miles. Swapped them out before failure. 10 minutes . Didn't even get my hands dirty. Great price better than the local Nation Chain parts place. No waiting in line, Amazon is the best way to go

Fit great but the angle where the wire hooked up was downwards lucky I had enough wire to plug it in the old one was straight plug in

easy install
Truck smoother now. was getting a check engine light every 6 months or so. Pretty easy change out on F150 5.4 liter. See Youtube. We'll see but as it's OEM I expect all will go well.

QC issues - Quality is down in the drain
P0340 code is back - I have bought this item 3 times. First on October 25, 2016, next on January 7, 2021 and again on August 21. It worked for a good 4 years which is Good, But, the next time I bought it in January 2021 code came back in next seven months and the next time when I bought it in August 2021. The code came back in less than a month. I see a huge degradation in this product and I would not recommend , there are serious problems with the quality control
