Great product. Works as advertised. Very easy to install.

One fourth the price of the name brand
Our garage door opener is a liftmaster security 2.0. The replacement battery cost $120 so I did not buy it. If the power to the house goes out, I pull the handle on the opener, release the metal bar and open or close the door by hand (some doors are too heavy to do that with, so the backup battery can be helpful). Then I bought this generic brand for $25. I was concerned it would not be compatible but it's the exact same battery (same size, voltage etc.), just without the liftmaster name. I unplugged the door opener from the ceiling and hit the open button and the battery worked fine. Hopefully it lasts a long time.

Perfect Replacement
This battery was a perfect replacement for my old Craftsman battery. Same dimensions, same connectors. No more beeping.

Exact replacement
Labeled Chamberlain, appears to be an exact replacement, and so far, works just fine. TBH, I didn't realize that my garage door opener would beep when the battery needs replacement (where is that noise coming from?). A very easy replacement, just one screw. The battery I removed was labeled 2016 so I can't complain about battery life.

Great fit and holds charge
Easily installed, made sure my garage opener unit was first outputting charging voltage. I bought the unit in September of 2024 and used it during a power outage in February 2025. The battery worked and I was able to access my garage. It was only good for a few cycles before it started draining. The door was opening very slow, but it did the job. Would definitely buy again.

Decent life expectancy!
I purchased this same item in August 2015 and just now the beeping started so time to replace it. That's 10 years of life so I believe the product was worth the buy.
