Its very easy to take with a nice orange flavour I've been taking this product for almost 6 months now and i would not waste my money if i didn't think it works it does, my hair and nails are much stronger now and i have just perches another bottle delivered on time package well

I took this product for about 2 weeks. I know I Should have given it longer but unexpectedly travelled abroad and didn’t want to bring an unopened bottle in my suitcase incase of spillage. I wad away 6 weeks and when I got back had gastritis for months so never really got to try it. I will say it tasted pretty alright and I didn’t have any weird side effects that u can get from taking some supplements.

I dislike, that it has sweetener,colouring and sugar 😒, which doesn't spell very healthy at all,I'm gonna finish it ,but not be buying it again sorry.
