I'm not sure if it's just me, but these make me pretty sick. I took 4 for four days and had bad constipation and then stomach ache and diarrhoea. Wasn't sure if it was these or not so I waited a lengthy time and tried again. Second time I took one every 5 days. Only managed to take the second one (inside 2 weeks) and I got hit with a fever, stomach ache and diarrhoea again. I wonder is the dosage accurate.....
