Although the pills are quite large, they are surprisingly easy to swallow. Which is important for me as I do have some swallowing issues. A good all-rounder providing excellent value for money.

good substitute for a new vegan

For me this is good product but doesn't have all essential vitamins & minerals.Pros:These are vegans and made from natural plant-base ingrediends. Small capsules and so easy to swallow with no taste. I compared the ingredients as to vitamin B2, B12, calcium, & D and found they are equivalent to what I am taking from other good brands.Cons:This is not A-Z daily vitamins. Several other vitamins and minerals are missing, such as Biotin, Vitamin E, etc etc.So it's your choice of what you need from your daily supplement.

Easy to swallow, no offensive tastes like some have. Much smaller tablets than others too (nothing worse than trying to swallow something seemingly made for a horse). Already taking a similar product so I doubt I'll see much difference to how I'm feeling, but a fab dietary supplement for those who need it.

Everything you need in one pill. Easy to swallow at a great price . Since taking them I don't get leg cramps in the middle of the night.

I bought these as someone said they are easy to swallow, however they are really BIG and I find them difficult to swallow. Actual capsules measure 8mm x 23mm.Their saving grace however is that the capsule halves separate easily so that the contents can be sprinkled on your porridge etc. - they taste fine too.
