This device is saving my life
I was pretty skeptical about this, it seemed a little “woo,” but after about 6 months of suffering with chronic unexplained nausea, I was desperate enough to give it a shot. And wow. It actually works! I’ve only had it a few days but already it has made a huge difference in my quality of life.I only wish it wasn’t so absolutely dorky. It looks like a kids’ toy smartwatch. I painted the face over with silver nail polish to try and make it look more like some sort of mysterious medical device and not a children’s toy. Not sure it helps, but it’s something. Now that it works, I think I will invest in the higher end model that looks more like a fitness tracker and thus is a bit more discreet. But overall, I am so glad I gave this a shot and highly recommend it.

IT WORKS!
I get horribly ill at sea and this solves the problem. Wear it like a watch on the inside of the wrist. There are 4 settings of slight "shocks." Works like a charm. Better than medication that made me sleepy. I have two in case one gets misplaced. Highly recommend.

Works for the small stuff
Works well for car rides, video games, and small roller coasters. Crazy roller coasters and choppy boat rides still need medication. You have to wear the watch kind of tight to really get it to work and the tingle can be bizarre.I’m glad I bought this watch and I think anyone with motion sickness issues should try it. But I also know it won’t be everyone’s cup of tea.

This works great!
I suffer from motion sickness. I get sick in the car, planes, boats, watching certain shows or self shot footage. I have worn this wrist band and it works for all of that. I have to have it on in prior for it to work best, but it will arrest and more quickly alleviate symptoms if I put in on after symptoms are present. I had no idea how often I was sick and nauseous until I started using this. I don’t mind the little vibration/barely a shock sensation at all. I have to get the right amount of jelly. Too little won’t work, too much is messy and doesn’t work well, but it’s not hard to find the happy medium. I’ve found it effective on both wrists. I would recommend anyone try this, in my case it paid for itself in a matter of days in quality of life.

Excellent Product!
I bought this band because I get motion sick if I'm not in the front seat of a vehicle, planes make me nauseous and some 3D rides at theme parks feel sick. I got this band with my HSA card as well which was nice! To test it out I rode in the backseat of an SUV that usually makes me sick & asked the driver to drive like she wanted to make me sick. I felt about 90% well, which was a TREMENDOUS improvement! We recently went to Universal Studios Orlando & I wore the band on the plane & the Uber ride to the hotel and felt great. I took it off when it wasn't needed, then put it back on when I got on rides that usually make me nauseous. I was able to keep it on Level 1 except on Transformers & I had to bump it up to a 2 mid-ride but I felt FANTASTIC when I got off of the ride. I keep this with me now! It is an investment but I thought I'd try it & I'm glad I did!

Expensive and CANNOT be returned through Amazon. Customer service number is a vmail box.
I was aware of this device as a longtime sailor AND a scientist working with FDA for over three decades on new drugs. So, the fact that there was a clinical trial supporting efficacy was meaningful. Not so much apparently. Search "Randomized double-blind study of the Reliefband as an adjunct to standard antiemetics in patients receiving moderately-high to highly emetogenic chemotherapy"The reality is that the device delivers a shock to the wrist at a fixed regular interval. The shock is pretty intense and goes up to OMG! And the study seems to support that the shock has to be a lot closer to OMG than tolerable to be efficacious.14-day return no questions! Must get an RMA number within then days....but we don't answer our phone at all (voicemail box). Also, absolutely no return option through Amazon. So, this is really a hard pass at the price point. Try a much cheaper variant as this thing is nothing special. It really just is a shocking attempt to distract you from feeling ill. Putting an elastic on your wrist and snapping it every three seconds is probably equivalent.

Amazing!
Did not believe it would work but I was wrong. I get a lot f motion sickness doing a variety of things. I cannot text or read in the car without feeling so sick. I on the band- Tingling was fine for me on level 3 but you may be more sensitive. I texted and read in the car and experienced NO nausea whatsoever!! The real tests will be on a city bus and boat. But I am very hopeful after my first experience in the car. Worked for me. Not telling anyone what to do just that it worked for me.
