Snug fit. Almost “clicks” in. Then thread in the screws with the tool provided for a secure install. They supply the magnet for your phone. Super sturdy connection. For 20 bucks, it’s perfect bang for buck. Would order again if needed and recommend to others. Genius design for F8X F3X

People complain about the magnet not holding onto the phone *but you must use the magnet sticker that is included*. It won't just stick to your phone. If you follow the directions it is dope.This mount is **way** more solid than, for instance, the ones that clip into your air vents/etc. Those things are wobbly and janky in practice no matter how well they've been engineered. This one provides a very solid base and as a result the phone stays very nicely anchored as you drive.Installation was mildly annoying. Just fiddly, the allen wrench can only turn about a quarter turn until it hits the vents and it's so tiny it's hard to fit back in each turn.Edit a couple days later: The magnet sticker does seem to interfere with wireless charging on both my Pixel and iPhone, so there's that.

I wanted this to work so bad to the point where I went and purchase a magsafe case just to make it work and ultimately it was an epic fail. I have the iphone Pro Max, which is a lil on the heavier side, maybe all these great reviews are for smaller phones. 1) The glue was not sticking to either the phone or the cases properly. 2) The phone was sliding at every direction, just very disappointed because I wanted it that slick design.

Super slick look, easy install despite meticulous screwing but positioner should be a lot stronger. Bare in mind I have an android ultra so my phone is big and heavy but for this reason it should be more rigid to move. where you mount the phone moves quite easily with the bumps on the road

Love this phone holder for my 3 Series. The bracket is very sturdy and strong. I was going over some bumps and thought that the bracket was going to come off but nope this did not disappoint. Thank you!

The aluminum bracket gives a nice custom mount for the car. Fit securely and is as advertised. Would buy this portion again.The bad thing is the adhesive used to stick the metal disc to your phone case. Work for a week or so then the disc started sliding due to the weight of the phone. For about 2 weeks it kept sliding further until completely falling off. Used on the iPhone 15 Pro

I have had great results for 3 years until it started to turn bronze this year. It sits in the garage and I use a sunshade 95% of the time. It holds great but the metal disk on the back of the phone is wearing out too. I thought of getting another since the Rennline is way off to the side and I like my phone more centrally located. I did have to use electrical tape on the bottom as I was afraid it will scratch the dash. I would rate 5 star if it weren’t for the discoloration.Update 11-21-24 One of the set screws fell out and the unit nearly came off the dash. I got another because of that and the discoloration AND because it started drooping after three years. Well, the new one is less able to keep a position than the 3yo one with the same phone. Sadness. Not sure what happened but I guess if I can't keep it from drooping I'll get a Rennline which is off to the side and don't want and make it charge my phone. Good luck with all the tariffs and extra charges from everywhere!Edit.2. Added thin clear packing tape to keep the droop from occurring. It will probably turn out to be a mess in the heat but it works and a cheap and easy fix. If done right you or passengers will not notice. Added pic of bronze color which I like anyway. Does with my Sakhir/beige and bronze TE37 wheels!
