This is a we wonderful brace. Very Supportive and comfortable. Great back support and allows you to move without feeling as if you have metal in your back. I am 133 lbs and 5 foot 2. I purchased the Medium to Large. Fits perfectly around my bulky pajama, however my suggestion would be to size up. As others stated better to size up. The sizing is not accurate. It's of great quality. I am post op due to Spinal fusion and laminectomy. Thank you

This is exactly what was recommended to help support my back and relieve pressure on my back. Comfortable to wear. Easy to adjust loosen of tighten as needed. Compact can be stored easily. Works very well would recommend this product to anyone who has back issues or needs support in maintaining correct posture.

I had back surgery and was in a hard brace for 4 months. After that my doctor suggested a brace such as this one. I bought it in November and started wearing it at the end of January, 2024. I wear it every day and I am still wearing it and planning to wear until August. Love the brace, easy to put on, easy to adjust and does exactly what you want it to do … but … it is stretched out. It started stretching out in March and I thought I was adjusting it wrong, but it kept stretching out. I really need a new one but not sure I should order this one again … Disappointed in its lifespan.

I have bought several different back braces. The others were all plastic stays. The last one I got they were so long they would catch on a seat when I sat down because the bottoms were bent out going over my back side. It went from my shoulder blades all the way down to my buttocks. Obviously way too long. Also you would sweat tremendously under it which gave me a rash on my back when I would cut and split wood or do any hard work. That test with this one I have not yet done but will be soon. Although I have worn this for a few hours at a time going downtown and did not notice any sweat under it so I believe it is breathable. That is needed in a back brace. This item has aluminum stays that are a proper length, it is extremely stiff and greatly supports your back. I wore it for two days and decided to order a second one. I will use one for doing my dirty work around the house and the second I will use when I go out. If you're looking for a good quality back brace, this is it. Be sure to measure around your belly button like they tell you to, because their sizes are accurate. I'm a big guy and had to get the largest 2x. It's great. You immediately notice the difference when you take it off. It helps greatly with back pain allowing me to do a lot more while wearing it. I was not paid for this review nor do I know the sellers. This is a high quality back brace in my opinion. Yes I've now only had it a few days but I think this one will last the way it's made.

My back is always a bit sore... probably age and abuse. I do a lot of cutting with a pole chain saw so it has a long lever arm that extends from your body causing a lot of strain on your back. I also ski which causes me some pain especially when I run into moguls. Anyhow, I put this brace over a long t-shirt so I could put the brace as low as possible, then closed the flaps, then tightened the last two straps (great design that is easy to tighten and pulls in multiple places so it is tight everywhere. I put my pants on over the brace and used my belt to support the back brace even more. It was way more comfortable than I was expecting and provided much more support than anything else I had tried. While I had it on, my back did not hurt and I could do all the activities that I wanted to do and had full strength with out any concern for pain. Once I took the brace off, my back started hurting again (without doing anything stressful), so I realized just how much support this brace was giving me since it allowed me to work hard and ski hard. Great product!

It's a good support, but it would be better if it could be stronger. It's easy to wear out.

This is super comfortable. I measured at 47 inches at my bellybutton and ordered the XL. At the tightest I could get the velcro closure, it wasn't as snug as I'd like it. So, I'm returning it for a size Large in a similar item by the same manufacturer. If you measure around 47 inches at your belly, I'd recommend you get the Large instead of the XL.

For people that must use a Back Brace this product is extremely well made. durable, easy ro use and not a BULKEY ITEM, EASY FITS WITHOUT THE NORMAL BULGE AS OTHER BACK BRACES.
