Love the tilt function for loading and removal of the stuffing tank. It's very easy to use and suits all my needs. At first I wanted an electric model, but didn't want to spend the amount on what those cost.I did 5# of sweet Italian sausage in about 20 minutes. Clean up was a breeze. The only critique i could see as an improvement would be a plunger for the stuffing tube's.The functionality of this worked flawlessly. In my humble opinion it's plenty of machine for the average person making their own sausage. Storage of unit should be pretty easy as the foot print is reasonably small for a unit that can stuff 7# our meat at a time.

I'm happily making homemade sausages without the worry about what harmful thing(s) could be lurking in my sausage! That's whats so important for my family and me! No issues to report on the functional abilities of the unit. Works as specified! At this point, I would recommend this product! Will provide update if required.

Finally had an opportunity to use my new stuffer. For being a China made product, it seems very heavy duty and a genuine product. I made ring bologna and it seemed to work better than my 5 pound popular brand name stuffer although possibly not quite as heavy. The bigger hopper allowed me to keep stuffing, saving time rather than having to stop and refill. Easy to use & simple. I did purchase two small clamps based upon the reviews from others to hold it to the counter once it starts getting empty. I did not find any sharp edges like others had mentioned. Maybe I have thick skin or they upgraded the product from previous reviews but there were no issues. Very easy to clean. Good value for the money. Would highly recommend!

I’m coming from using an all in one device (Grinder /Stuffer). Grinder is awesome but the stuffer sucks. Needed a dedicated stuffer and this is it!! There is a learning curve. I love the durability of this unit. Simplicity of use and is also very easy to clean. I look forward to making more sausage in the near future.

excellent stuffer for home use

Made 10 lbs of Polish sausage and 10 lbs of Italian sausage with no problems!Great professional powerful machine! The ease of using this machine is second to none! Easy to crank with one hand and control the movement of the sausage coming out. The Machine stands firmly on my stainless steel table. Does not budge. For what it's worth I really did not need the rubber pads on it but put them on.Easy to assemble, easy to operate, and great clean up with soap and water.If a 73-year-old gal can operate it anyone can.While operating the sausages come out with ease and consistent form. I highly recommend this stuffer!

I shopped Amazon for a while before deciding to pull the trigger on this brand and model. All of them seem to be manufactured in China including this one. I have used it a couple of time and have found it to be quite well made. I did tighten up some of the bolts after it arrived. The seams and welds are all very good and the unit is heavy duty and should last. The 7 liter canister was a good size for a 12lb. batch of my Louisiana Boudin. I can recommend this product.
