An absolute must-have!
Such a thoughtfully put together book. The recipes are excellent and so creative! It's lovely to enjoy a refreshing drink that has been so well curated. The recipes are easy to follow and the level of detail throughout the book is so well articulated and provided for the reader, plus it makes a great coffee table book, I love the cover. Absolutely buy this.

so sheek and cute
loads of recipies, nicley layed out, photos and good descriptions... not a massive book and looks great on counter.

Unnecessarily complicated ingredients
Just too many expensive and difficult to obtain ingredients make this book impractical.

Coconut water in every recipe!
This is not really a mocktail book in my view. It’s more like a health drink book. Virtually every recipe was based on coconut water-so if you don’t like that it’s no use at all!

Delicious, Varied, Recipes
The book is filled with delicious recipes, and there's quite a variety. I'll admit that I have no interest in the desert drinks, but there are a ton of delicious cocktails that have become my go tos. I really love the jam fresca, in part because it has so many different varieties that it allows you to experiment.I think the authors do a nice job of including recipes that you can make with staples you're likely to have around, and there are a ton of recipes that use similar ingredients. The books is also well written, so you get a sense of how ingredients blend together and what they're doing in each recipe. This makes it easy to go off script or make simple modifications to cut calories or increase flavor.

delicious and simple recipes
My husband doesn't drink alcohol, but he always said he liked watching people make cocktails and that different menu items looked good. I got him this book so he could try some cocktails himself, and he loves it! He's been buying all sorts of ingredients and tools to make us mocktails, and they're all delicious. The recipes are juice and seltzer based, so they don't use any non-alcoholic beer or liquor; it's mostly normal ingredients you can find at the grocery store. Fair warning however: many of them do require typical cocktail tools like a shaker or muddler, so if I were to gift this again, I'd get a cocktail tool set to go with it.

Not for me
I feel like this book is focused mainly on "healthy" mocktails. I like to enjoy mocktails the same way people enjoy cocktails - on a rare occasion. This feels like it's aimed at people who want to enjoy them daily. I don't think they resemble the drinks they are meant to due to their natural ingredients. Coconut water is found in a lot of the recipes and I wouldn't have purchased if I knew that.

Fun Recipes!
I've been trying to drink less and wanted mocktail recipes that are a nice substitute for booze that don't feel childish or boring. This book does the trick! While I haven't tried all of them, the few I have tried are pretty delicious.I also like that there's a nice range. Some are sweet and fruity. Some are more savory and herbacious. Some are a bit tart and alcohol-like. Most are complex and most feel better suited for adults than children, WHICH I LOVE.The book is also very high quality. It's a nice hardback with clear instructions and pretty drawings of the drinks. I also like that most of the ingredients used in these can be found at a normal grocery store.
