I really appreciate the wholesome natural blend of this mix. Yes, it is pricey if you use too much and too often. But when I eat ice cream or any other high calorie treat, I am willing to pay for really good quality and consume less of it then eat faux foods full of strange additives or something with a strange mouth feel ( like grainy frozen dessert) which leave me dissatisfied. This is a really good product and easy to use and to tweak with additions of your own to make endless variations...just don't do it too often for the sake of your waistline. You could whip up some Matcha ice cream and kid yourself that it's healthy. 😆

Just got a new Cuisinart ICE 100 and this is the first ice cream I've made in it. All I can say is WOW! This is creamy, rich, and not too sweet. Best Mocha ice cream I've eaten, and I've tried all the big brands. Going to try the strawberry next!

The taste is great, and it was easy to use, except for one thing. Using a Cuisinart soft serve ice cream maker, I allowed the tiny chips in the mix to flow in along with the smooth liquid. It immediately plugged up the bottom of the bowl and kept the beater from turning. I had to empty the bowl and defrost and remove the plug in order to continue. I recommend screening out the chips and adding them in the last 5 minutes, or separately.

Very good icecream. Though I do find it calls for a lot of cream, mostly heavy cream and half and half. I do think that helped make it so rich and not icy. I had it in the freezer for about 5 days of eating on it, and never had any ice crystals form.

This has GREAT FLAVOR. The only downside is the high price.

I love the ice cream but I was unable to order only one at a time. I do not want to be on auto ship but I am unable to get out of that and have to go in each month and cancel. You need to provide a one time purchase available. Thank you.

Just didn't care for this flavor. Some bitterness and not enough "mocha". That and it's horribly expensive when you look at what your overall cost per serving is.

What can I say, I don't even like moca but love this ice cream. It tastes delicious. Unfortunately I don't feel the cost is worth the amount it makes but it does taste authentic.
