Actually decently easy to put together.
I like the other reviews, it is pretty easy to out the hats together, you just have to be gentle. REMEMBER, they are paper! Only thing is mine came missing a strap , 12 hats and 11 straps. We just tied a string to the missing one so it worked well enough. These are also very tall! If you think these are gonna be the cute little hats you put on your kids stuffies or baby, they’re not! They’re very good quality

It is perfect
Recently, when decorating a birthday, the birthday girl decided on gold, white and pink tones in it.For the tables it was decided to decorate with balloons, flowers, and these festive hats, I have to say that we did not fail in the final product, it turned out beautiful, they are easy to place and remove, that is, we can use them more than once, the tones They are perfect, they look like in the photo.I think it's an excellent purchase, so much so that the birthday girl, a 40-year-old woman, wore one to her party.

Hard to put together.
We had to tape every hat. The first hat ripped. I will buy preassembled hats in the future. the hats were for kids under the age of 5. They did not put the hats together though...My daughter and I did and we were complaining the whole time and used alot of tape!!

Adorable and good quality
These hats are adorable and the print is cute for kids but still simple and modern. Easy to assemble as my 4 yr old enjoyed helping me “make the hats”.The strings are a bit tight and most of the adults at my daughters party only wore them for a brief moment. They are paper hats, so they’re not indestructible but it’s thick paper and the metallic dots and stars have dimension. So the print, paper, and color are really great quality.

Assembly not that easy
Wish I'd just bought pre-assembled hats. They were difficult to assemble and I had to use tape to keep them from popping open. Also, the strings were too short even for the kids to comfortably wear them. Turned out to be a total bust, which is a shame because they're super cute.
